Crazy good value!
I recently purchased the Segway Cube 1000 and I’m really impressed — this thing is a powerhouse (quite literally). The 2200 W output is plenty for my needs, and knowing it can expand up to 5 kWh gives me total confidence even during extended outages or off-grid trips. The LiFePO4 battery feels rock solid and the whole unit has a tough, heavy-duty build that seems like it’ll last for years. I love the flexibility — multiple AC outlets, USB-C ports, and even car input make it perfect for everything from camping to emergency home backup. On top of that: recharging is quick, the design feels premium, and the IP56 rating gives peace of mind if I ever use it outside. Bottom line: this little workhorse went above and beyond expectations — highly recommend if you want reliable, portable power.

Good value compared to competitors!
I already own multiple Segway products (scooters and lawnmowers) so I was already sold on the brand, but then I noticed this cube was actually less $$ than some of their competitors that had less wattage (1800 VS 2200) so it was a no brainer for me. Shortly after I purchased it, the battery add on went on sale so I bought that as well. I want it to be portable so 2 batteries is going to be my limit because of the added weight. One good feature of this unit is it uses Anderson connectors for external power input which makes it easy to add 3rd party power sources like LiFePo4 golf cart batteries or other sources of power. Anderson is a Ham radio standard and you can buy the tools here on Amazon to make your own cables if needed. The Segway solar panel just went on sale so I bought that as well so that is another source of power if needed. Right now I am using it in UPS mode to back up my TV and server equipment so I am already getting use out of it instead of only using it for emergencies . Zero issues so far and appears to be well built like their other products. Recommended!

OK power station if you pay it below $360
It has received mixed reviews from many YouTubers. I have no issues with the power station itself. I’m only using it as backup power during outages, and so far it works well. The phone app also functions smoothly, and I can control the charging time easily.

Completely useless.
Garbage. Completed the setup of the app [Bluetooth] -- and attempted a firmware update. The power station then proceeded to brick itself by turning off and not turning back on. Nothing would allow it to turn back on.

Perfect for outdoor picnics and many other things
I'm not saying this power station is preparing me for a zombie apocalypse, but I am saying if the lights go out, I'll be the only one making espresso and running a movie marathon for the neighborhood. This thing is less a "battery pack" and more a "personal, highly portable grid." The Segway Power Station is hilariously overqualified for its name. You expect something this capable to roar like a generator and require its own zip code, but it’s whisper-quiet. It sits there, a sleek, black monolith of reliable energy, quietly judging your gas-guzzling neighbors. The portability is what sells it. It’s light enough that I don't need to sign up for a weightlifting class just to move it. I’ve gone from running my entire home office during a brief power flicker (router, monitors, laptop—no problem) to taking it camping so I could blend a frozen margarita 40 miles away from the nearest wall outlet. This box doesn't just store power; it stores convenience and bragging rights. If you’re tired of the delicate dance around extension cords, or if you simply believe that your inflatable hot tub should be operational anywhere you damn well please, this is your key to silent, off-grid dominance. Five stars for enabling my slightly excessive, fully charged lifestyle.

Very rudimentary and limited functionality
It works, somehow, even though it gave me an error code right from the start. The app is pretty pointless because- 1. It’s Bluetooth only. You have to stand next to the unit to use it. 2. It has no adjustment whatsoever. You can turn on or off AC and DC outlets, that’s all. But since you are standing next to it, why not just reach over and turn them? 3. It costs around 11wph to keep this unit running. It constantly charging it to 100%, so I wouldn’t use this as an UPS. 4. You can’t return this, so you’d better know exactly what you are getting.

Solar panels are not included
It works well but two aquarium heaters will drain the power very fast, much faster than we anticipated. A spec sheet showing how long it will run certain things would be good. It also says it will not run a fridge. The real kicker for me was everything I saw implied to me the solar panel was included. After getting it I went back to the site and found the list of what was included under additional information. A line under the picture of the solar panel that said “Sold separately “ would have been appreciated. Also instead of a bunch of electric jargon, a note that said it would not power large appliances would be informative. It is a good little tool but make sure you know what you are getting to determine if it will meet your needs. The info on the site is NOT transparent. I have since seen an ad for 4Patriot power bank that Will power a fridge, includes a solar panel and even shows a chart on how long it will power different things. Looks like we will now have to buy a second one to meet our needs. If you really need a lot of power you probably need to go with a gas powered generator.

Fast charging and well made.
Incredible deal on the power station. I've been wanting a power station for a while now but I could only afford a much smaller one. You can power a lot with this one and the power banks are expandable. Will be using this with my rv. It doesn't have a 30 Amp outlet but I already have a 110 adapter and can still be able to use it in this manner. It came with a 58% charge so I charged it to full and used till drained. It took 1 hour and 50 minutes to recharge till 100% via a wall outlet. This unit is well made and will handle a lot of abuse. Highly recommend.
