I take one pill. Open it and pour into 3/4 cup of water. Let it set in the fridge until it thickens. Use as a lotion. It actually softens skin quiet nicely. You notice a difference immediately. The downside is that it smells like dirt. Maybe you can add some kind of extract to cover the smell.

Of course, I should qualify my title by saying that my experience may be different from others. As with any supplement, checking with your physician is paramount. After speaking with my GP and a little research on my own, I felt comfortable taking the supplement. I looked into the recommended doses, possible side effects, dangers of taking too much, possible interactions with my medications and a check into how long the company has been conducting business (est. 2019). I didn't find any red flags and knowing that the body naturally produces hyaluronic acid, I didn't have any worries. The supplement comes in a sealed twist top can. The capsules are a bit big, but I had no problems. I made sure to have something on my stomach and took one capsule. The directions say 2 capsules are 1 serving and 1000 mg per serving. I'm staying at 500 mg for now. I'll step it up if I need to, though. The capsules smell like school glue to me, but I purposely smelled the capsules up close. The smell doesn't jump out and hit you like some supplements. I haven't had any after taste and no negative side effects. I will update this review if I experience any adverse effects.

Its been one month and the results i have got from this product isnt nothing i think my skin might have even gotten more dry do not recommend this product

I honestly haven't been taking them long enough to tell a difference in my hair which is the main reason I purschased, but I have noticed a little difference in my joints not being as achy. Not sure it is from this or not.

For the first time since, well, I even started to take hyaluronic acid years ago that this same supplement has given me horrible headaches. Reducing to once a day fixed it, but I just found it interesting. I double checked the sourcing and lab results for anything off and everything looks very good on paper. So it's simply something interesting to keep in mind, since the first time I got headaches from it I was just taking too much of it that my body couldn't handle it at the time (which was, ironically, 1,000 mg). In any case, these are an excellent dosage of 1,000 mg per serving and the capsules are very easy to take. Save the typical mild odor of hylauronic acid, these are pretty much tasteless. A really good value for a two month supply, I'm used to a similar value when replenishing my supply. Besides the headaches, I really haven't had any other notable side effects.

I consumed these capsules for more than 3 months. I didn't get any effect. If you are looking for your skin health and worried about skin tone I recommend you please don't take this at all.
