The biannual PSA blood tests were normal. However, the frequent restroom requirements were getting out of hand. Day and night, the constant interruption of my life. The limited flow and discomfort experienced. Having to apply pressure rather than just wait for the drainage to complete. I've always known dietary Lycopene is beneficial to the prostate. For over a decade I've attempted to keep up by focusing on food items rich in Lycopene. Enough. I recently saw some information revealing how easy it is(how effective it is) to get what I need through supplementation. I bought this particular brand for the dosage per soft gel tablet. In addition to a daily 11mg gel tab of Zinc Picolinate, I'm just about 6 weeks in with this Lycopene supplementation. The results are remarkable. The frequency of restroom visits have returned to normal. And when it's time, just relax and go. I had forgotten what a normal experience was. I highly recommend this product.

Lots of lycopene per soft gel!!! 500 mg per capsule! The only downer is that each soft gel is packed with soybean oil... an endocrine disrupter! Lycopene which promotes prostate health mixed with soybean oil which is unhealthy for prostate health. The only plus here is the high amount of lycopene per soft gel makes this product very healthy overall.

I received a two container pack of this product a couple of months ago. The contents of the first container were OK. When I opened the second container today, the capsules were clumped together and turned out to be very difficult to break apart due to the odd slim, rectangular box-like container. In the future, I’ll transfer the capsules to a normal container. This is a preventable, completely unnecessary problem created by the manufacturer. Update: I cut open the plastic container and found that the capsules were so solidly stuck together that I could not separate without risking rupturing the capsules. Requesting a refund.

From the first dose, this worked better than the top 2 prescribed meds for prostate issues (difficulty with urinating) with none of the side effects (for me it was muscle pain and fatigue). I’m not big on supplements, but when you notice a difference from the first dose, it’s difficult to dismiss this one.

I have BPH and have tried different things to help that condition, and nothing seemed to help it until this product. After only a few days of taking it twice a day, the stream was better, less regency to go, and sleeping through the night without having to get up and go. All I can say is this has been a game changer.

I take 1000mg a day and after 6 weeks I notice improvent in my symptoms. Pure magic.

This Lycopene supplement consists of two paxcks of softgels, with 90 softgels in each container and a recommended dosage of 1 softgel per day, giving a total of 180 days supply. The container itself is a thin tall recyclable container. The container is just under 5.5 inches tall (13.5cm) by 3.75 inches across (9.5cm) by about ¾ inch deep (just under 2cm). The supplement is extremely long lasting with an expiry date of 33 months aftrter the delivery date. On opening the container and smelling the container there is quiet a strong but not unpleasant slightly synthetic smell. The individual softgels are quite small (maybe 60% of a standard multi vitamin size). The softgel has no identifiable smell, no taste or aftertaste. They are easy to swallow. The ingredients are not listed on the product page but are Lycopene, Gelatin, Glycerin, Sorbitol, Purified water, soya bean oil, bees wax, soya lecithin, preservatives The supplement is gluten, wheat and lactose free. The company states it is a british brand on the product itself though curiously the product page does not show the country of origin (which is unusual). Bees wax, lecithin and gelatin are excipients and are the main excipients used for making SoftGel capsules. Excipients are necessary to allow Softgels to be used as they are in tablets and bind the ingredients together in a stable form. I have been taking lycopene for quite some time and a quick search will cite a myriad of potential benefits, many of which I am extremely interested in including any benefits I may get in regards to bone health, antioxidant properties, heart health, blood sugar and blood pressure. It occurs naturally in tomatoes and I wanted to cut my intake of tomatoes. The dosage is this is high dosage 500mg, which compares to a maximum of about 13.5mg in 100g of ketchup, 7.5mg in 100g of tomatoes. I think this is a good high dosage supplement. I though about adjusting my rating because the ingredients are not listed. However there is nothing I had seen that I feel was being hidden or not common in supplements of this type.
