Although this battery inverter is designed for use in a car, I needed it for my solar setup. As shown in the picture, the system works very well. I also attached a picture of my car, and it surprisingly fit inside the dashboard (2014 Tucson). Most cars don’t guarantee stable power from the lighting port, which is why you need a battery inverter to avoid damaging your computer or cellphone when they are connected.

I purchased this inverter so I can charge my Milwaukee M 18 batteries in my pickup. It works well.

Great for our weekend trips and hiking, so we can use our food warmer, or for the Crockpot when we go up to the cottage or off to friend at a pot luck

I got this 400W power inverter mainly to power my CPAP machine on the road, and it’s been reliable for that. I also used it to inflate air beds, and it handled that just fine. However, when trying to power my work laptop, it had intermittent issues—sometimes it worked, other times it wouldn’t. So while it’s great for CPAPs and other small devices, I wouldn’t count on it for more sensitive electronics. Solid for basic power needs, but not perfect.
