Great sounding pedal, for some warmth to your sound or a bit of grit. Really easy to use and really good eq. For the price it is excellent. Using it both with active Warwick basses and a passive 74 Jazz and 2011 P bass. Recommended.

Great pedal! Lots of control over the sound from the graphic equaliser, and the drive is fun. You can dial in the right amount of crunch to fatten your sound without it sounding like you've got bass distortion on. Excellent value as I would happily have bought a preamp worth twice this much. Looks great all lot up too

Good value. Ive gigged it direct into my stage amp and it's perfect as a backup preamp to go direct to the mix desk. Solid build quality so far as ive used it over the last couple of months

Great pedal and superb sound. I've giggled this extensively and it made me buy more Joyo products because of the quality. My only complaint is that the chrome knobs are impossible to see under stage lights and cheapen the look of the pedal. I swapped them to black knobs with the white indicator and now have zero issues.

Great pedal. Bought mainly to be a DI out, but has proven to be a really good eq and effects addition.

This pedal makes my budget bass sound like a £4000 Ibanez LOL, definitely worth the money🔥

This took place of another preamp which developed a fault and has been used for over a dozen gigs. No sign of the dreaded whistling fault, in fact it's behaved perfectly. It should be immediately apparent that this is a clone of a certain pedal. It sounds very close. If anything, there is maybe a little too much gain on tap with the drive fully left. The Gain Boost and Hi Boost switches are a little misleading - "Gain Boost" is a low end boost similar to "Growl", and the Hi Boost equates to "Bite" on the original. If you like the DG sound or need it for certain songs, with the flexibility of a Graphic EQ with master and High/Low shelving, you can't go far wrong.

a good overall product when used correctly, you do need to have other items to go with it and did take 3 months to arrive but did eventually arrive and was used correctly and works well with the other items

Cette pédale de distorsion n'est pas une simple copie de Darkglass, elle a un son et un caractère bien à elle. Comme toute disto pour basse qui se respecte, elle a un bouton blend qui permet d'aller d'un soupçon de disto jusqu'à un niveau qui frôle le fuzz, tout en gardant un vrai son de bass. J'ai maintenant très envie d'essayer d'autres pédales Joyo !!!

Vorweg: Ich habe das Gerät zurück geschickt. Nicht aber, weil es schlecht oder minderwertig ist, sondern weil es nicht das war, was ich mir vorgestellt habe. Dafür kann das Pedal aber nichts, denn es ist sehr gut verarbeitet (Metallgehäuse, leichtgängige Potis, keine Einstreuungen). Der Preis ist sowieso sehr gut. Auch wenn es meinen Geschmack nicht getroffen hat, gebe ich dem Produkt trotzdem 4 Sterne.

El pedal tiene las funciones básicas, pero escasas. Luego también tiene algo de soplido de fondo.

I’m actually quite impressed with this pedal. I bought a couple different ones to try out. And I ended up keeping this one and it’s now part of my main rig. I really like the sound and the ability of the distortion. You can go from overdrive to full on distortion. But the key is being able to blend it with the Clean signal. So it allows me to retain clear low end, but add electric guitar style distortion on top of it. Almost sounds like I’m playing electric guitar and bass at the same time. Plus I like the flexibility of the EQ. The LED lighting on the edges looks pretty cool too.
