I’m of a petite female frame and the weights cuff around my ankles comfortably during my pilates sessions. It takes some manoeuvring to change out the weights/bags but it’s not too difficult. Great value for the price, especially with the discount provided. Thank you for packing it well and delivering it quickly. Looking forward to using it often!

I have been using these ankle weights for my workouts and I’m honestly very satisfied with the purchase. The material feels really sturdy and well-made not cheap at all. The stitching and straps are strong, and they sit comfortably on both ankles and wrists. They’re super easy to wear and adjust, and they don’t slip while walking or exercising. I mainly use them for walking and home workouts, and they definitely add that extra resistance I was looking for. Overall, totally worth the money. If you’re planning to level up your workouts a bit, these are a great choice!

I'm rehab'ing a knee replacement and this was perfect for lying on my stomach and doing Prone Leg Lifts and a straight leg raise with an ankle weight! With the Velcro strap, I am able to increase the weight by adding dumbbell(s).
