Is this notebook made with hot press paper or cold press paper?

Hi, it's 90 lb but doesn't say hot or cold press. I've used it and would say it's more towards cold pressed. It is not for watercolor, but will take light washes with some buckling. Hope that helps.

Does this include all three sizes?
