After researching a lot of options, I went with the WOODBRIDGE B0930S and it didn’t disappoint. The features are excellent—heated seat, adjustable water and dryer settings, and a strong dual flush that works consistently. It looks sleek and modern, and definitely adds a luxury feel to the bathroom. Installation was straightforward with everything included. Overall, great performance and value for the money. I’d highly recommend it.

We had bought 1 to try it out, loved it so much, we bought another one for our other bathroom! Great toilet! This toilet's lid raises up when you walk to it, then closes & flushes when done. It comes with a remote with many great features that are very easy to use, like where you can set the seat temperature to as warm as you'd like to sit on. It also controls the water pressure to clean both your front & back end. The water comes out warm. It also has a fan that will dry you after you're done. There is a nightlight in the toilet that lights up when the lid goes up. It also has a spot to put the cleaning product in so you can keep the toilet clean.

Our experience with Woodbridge began in 2018 when we renovated our entire home with three (3) toilets, one bidet and two (2) dual flush units. They have been excellent throughout all the years, working tirelessly with guests at least every month for a week or more stay. The bidet with its heated seat and auto flush was a very nice features. When we decided to downsize, we targeted a downtown condo and the first thing we did was swap out the two (2) toilets with Woodbridge Smart bidet units. We thought why not just get the same two units to make it simple and especially considerate to guests. With its automatic seat lifters to auto flush and heated seats – sounds great. The installer, a very experienced plumber, was so impressed with the units he sent photos to his wife and asked if she would like this as he expressed his positive reaction to the brand and features for the price. We are impressed too! And highly recommend the brand and units we bought. One feature we did not know or expect was the centrifugal flush pattern along with an added boost flush to assist in cleaning the unit well. They also have an input for a foaming deodorant cleaner. The units are well thought out and engineered for the price - for sure!

We purchased our Woodbridge SB-1000 smart toilet in July, and it has been an outstanding addition to our home ever since. The overall quality of construction and design feels premium. It fits seamlessly with our bathroom remodel and operates quietly and smoothly every time. The heated seat and adjustable bidet features make a noticeable difference in comfort, especially as the weather begins to turn colder. The water temperature and pressure settings are easy to customize, and the dryer feature is gentle but effective. The remote control is simple to use and intuitive. After several months of daily use, we’ve had zero issues. Overall, we’re very satisfied with the SB-1000 and would absolutely recommend it to anyone considering upgrading to a smart toilet. It’s one of those rare purchases that feels worth every dollar once you’ve lived with it.

Was happy to make this purchase on Amazon Prime day and got $300 off. It pays to wait for discount if you can wait. Didn’t give a 5star review since the wall valve provided is a dual port which requires experience in pipe fitting. Other manufactures have valves that attach to your existing plumbing which allows the knowledgeable do-it-yourselfer to handle the task. HOWever, this is a sturdy and quality build unit. My plumber said that he has seen many of these types of toilets prices led much higher with lesser quality. The unit operates quietly and flawlessly. Highly recommended. However, please watch great Woodbridge installation videos before purchasing to make sure you want this type of plumbing coming from the wall of your bathroom. I have yet to turnout the foaming cleanser feature but will soon. Purchase with confidence.

We purchased this smart toilet in September 2024 for our master bathroom because our 80 yo mother has Alzheimer's and Dementia and she was starting to forget how to perform basic tasks such as eating and going to the bathroom. She needs assistance with everything - she was forgetting to wipe, flush, etc. This bidet has made taking care of her soooo much easier. We help her to the bathroom and the bidet automatically opens the toilet seat, when she's done it does its job and cleans her up and dries her and when she leaves it auto flushes and closes the lid. The bidet was a god send in terms of caring for mom, but beyond that we also love it for ourselves -it leaves you feeling fresh and clean after each use and the temperature controlled toilet seat, water and drier are amazing - no more cold toilet seats! Quality and Comfort get 5 stars. It has also cut down on the use of toilet paper and since we are on septic tank this is a huge bonus. The bidet is also pretty simple to clean and maintain. We loved this bidet so much we purchased a second one in November for our second bathroom. I did have them professionally installed since I am just not a handy person - but the installer said it was an easy install. The one thing I would nit pick is that it is hard to read/see the symbols on remote control - I don't know if its the color or style of font on the pictures - maybe just the contrast between the background on the remote and the color of the symbols but it is really hard to see/read. I had to take pictures of the remote with my phone make the image bigger and read it that way until I memorized the buttons. Overall highly recommend - worth every penny we spent.

We ordered this Bidet for our new Master Bathroom and it is wonderful!! When we were finally far enough along in the process of our re-model the plumber got it installed in about an hour. The only issue was that the wax ring provided wasn't quite tall enough with the tile we used on the bathroom floor, but after getting another one it works great! All the functions worked properly - but there was no foam cleaner included so I ordered some and am waiting to receive that still. One of my favorite things is that the lid opens itself when you talk up to it and closes when you get up. It opens quickly so you don't have to wait, which is great! The night light is also something that I thought I wouldn't use, but in the middle of the night it's great to be able to use the bathroom without turning on big overhead lights. I love all the options for positions and temp settings, the remote is easy to use and understand. The flush is strong and I love that the fresh water circles the bowl when filling so if there is anything stuck to the walls it takes care of that with the flush. Overall I love this Bidet! We did have to contact the seller through Amazon because the first one we received was cracked, but their customer service was wonderful! They sent out a new one right away after I provided order details and pictures of the damage. I would suggest contacting them via e-mail for the quickest response. I would love to get another one for the 1/2 bathroom, because everyone wants to try it, but we didn't have the wiring put in during the re-model.

I really like this toilet. I’ve been planning for over a year and working on my bathroom refresh for the last four months and a smart toilet was on the wish list in my brain. When I got to the point where I could order it, I searched through all of the Amazon wormhole of smart toilets, and Woodbridge came out as the top. Installation was easy, although I did need to use an extra wax gasket as my flange was below level. I was able to do so myself, but I would recommend that two people do it. Functionally it is amazing. I love the no touch feature, how it automatically opens and closes and flushes. The only negative I could give it is that the remote is a really beautiful charcoal color, but if you don’t have the lights on, you can’t really see its functions. But it’s easy to remember where they are for the front and rear wash and there’s also the knob on the side that you can turn quite easily. I haven’t tried the phone function yet, I am awaiting the foaming agent, but I suspect that will also function as expected. All in all, highly recommended. Will most likely end up getting a couple more for my wife’s bathroom and our Airbnb‘s.
