And you'll need to scrub all day to get it off. So what I do is get empty clear capsules and put it in there. It solves all the problems. Overall highly recommended. This brand is also one of the few that has a 2% concentration. So it's double the potency of other popular brands. Another small thing to point out is it may make your pee stream weaker at first. This goes away as you take it. But I recommend drinking a little extra water with this product. Also it will turn your pee either blue or green depending. This is normal so no worries!

I seriously felt like the Kool-Aid man busting through the wall I had so much energy after taking it. I just put 2-3 drops in half a cup of water (helps reduce the blue staining in your mouth) drink it down and in less than 10 minutes I'm buzzing. Helps mitigate that 12-2pm crash I usually get at work.

The purity of the product is not verified. If you scan the QR code you get a google spreadsheet with nothing. I have used the product and it has helped my energy level. I started at 10 mg divided a.m. and p.m. for a week then went up to 20 mg divided per day but after 6 days felt awful and stopped it for 4 days then went to 6 mg total in the a.m. only since it kept me from sleeping well at night if I took an evening dose. I am only taking it every few days at this point because it does seem to help but I am not sure about the purity. I did have my bloodwork tested after three weeks from when I had started it but made sure not to take it 4 days before it was drawn. I did not see any ill effects. My sleep apnea episodes are decreased the day after I use it. I will not buy this product again since I cannot trust where it came from.

Wonderful Product! I have been taking MB for about 3 weeks and I can see a positive change in my overall well being. Can't speak for all, or suggest you will have similiar results, but I am getting quite favorable results with evidnece in the gym and on my wearable. I am a fit 50 male and have been tearing stuff up in spinning class since I have been taking MB. Big difference in my overall output in my cardio and streanth sessions. My sleep quality has been completely renewed since taking MB. My wearable registers better sleep and more sound sleep. And although, I would consider myself quite fit, I believe that MB has contributed to lowering my resting heart rate. One key improvement I was not expecting is the doubling of my HRV that has been registered on my wearable. Before taking MB, I would normally register 31 HRV, now I am consistently pulling 50s. It gradually increased from 30s to 40s to 50s and recently just got a 61. You will feel a noticeable difference from 31 to 61! It is like a sense of waking up fully restored. Not mentioning this to show off, although it is prett cool. But to share a very easy and inexpensive way to improve the metrics I have metioned. You can do your own research about how MB works in the human body to contribute to the results I have cited since my taking MB. I am not a doctor, just letting others know my experience. From what I can tell from my research, I am most likely taking a very small dose. I am taking 10-15 drops fitst thing in the morning. I started with 10 and immediatly felt that MB was doing something positive in my body.

Something has been wrong with me for decades but the MDs can't figure it out. My life had dramatically changed, for the worse, but now I have my blue dye of happiness. If you are taking SSRIs then talk to your doctor about getting off them, this helps with mood so it's worth it. This is a higher dose than other companies so you need less product to get the same results. I use 10 drops a day, once a day and I don't need anymore, listen to your body to find the right amount for you, doses can be done multiple times a day and be much higher, like 4mg/kg/day but that may be too high, start low and see how your body feels. Make sure you get a pharmacy grade and not a lab grade, lab grade has things that will harm you! So basically if you need this, it will change your life, if you don't it might help a little but it's worth trying, in case, you're one of the lucky ones.

First off not sure how to rate (would have rather not rate and just leave this review) so I left it right in the middle. I’m concerned with this product. I was initially excited to try out after I saw RFK taking it and a guest at JRE talking about the health benefits. Logically went to Amazon and went for the product with the best reviews and a best seller. I’ve been taking the product for a few days now with no big changes but that’s ok, I’m willing to go for the long run. However after detailing reviews I came across a one star review that’s on point by the user Seth. He claims it’s misleading marketing and even though I’m trying to find a way of contradicting him I can’t find evidence. Here are points to consider: 1. Company appears to be Methylene Blue Co. however the company that’s popular under that brand is in Sweden. It’s not the same company. 2. The company that is manufactured for (as it appears on the bottle) is Bacteriostatic LLC (a perfect name for marketing) because if you look it up on google a big company appears under this name but it’s not the same as this one on the bottle of methylene blue. If you look up the address of this particular LLC on google it appears that address has had scams before, and according to the user Seth its a virtual mail box (can someone go actually check this?) 3. There is no evidence that this particular methylene blue is USP. If you scan, you will find a google drive (this is a bit strange) with 4 folders at the time of this review. Only 3 of them have files, and out of the three only one is CoA. The other two are not. Also on one of those two if you analyze the date on the bottom it says 2/26/202 (this is very confusing) 3. As a customer is like to have peace of mind with these type of products. Maybe legally a seller can sell without a problem by meeting the minimum requirements however trusting who you buy from is crucial, and to be honest I bought it because it was a top rated seller in Amazon without digging too much. Maybe everyone else on Amazon that sells methylene blue is doing something similar? Not sure but I’d like to find a legit trusted company or for this one to up their game and be more transparent supplying more adecúate information for the customers to feel at peace.
