These heel lifts are great. Cost is reasonable so I bought a few boxes. Easy to use and I’ve put them in my favorite shoes. Had hip replacement and leg length is off so these lifts are great to avoid expensive orthotic shoes.

They work wonderfully!!

They look comfortable and good material. The only thing is that they only have size M and for a woman shoe size 8 is too big. I had to return it. Sizes were not clear under the description with no options

They are exactly what I needed. My Ortho recommended adding the sections weekly until the height was correct. And, I believe this is helping my gait. I'm very thankful for this item. They are comfortable and by adding the Arch height little by little is better in getting adjusted to being evenly distributed.

Much needed after my knee replacement surgery. My one leg is now 5/8 in longer than the other and I needed to balance things out. Approved by my PT

Heel pads are supportive and firm. No slippage from under the heel. Sizing is not very accurate. I'm a size 11 shoe. I ordered the large as indicated by the size guide. These were too big as we're the medium. On the third order the size small were just right.

Diese Fersenkeile sind sehr bequem, gut verarbeitet und angenehm zu tragen. Hochwertige Materialien. Die Höhe lässt sich sehr leicht individuell anpassen und auch wieder verändern. Die einzelnen Keile haften sehr gut aneinander, den zusätzlich angebrachten Klebestreifen auf jedem Keil braucht man nicht wirklich und habe ich auch nicht verwendet, um die Höhe einfacher regulieren zu können. Der Fersenkeil fällt kaum auf im Schuh, sieht wie eine normale Einlegesohle aus. Ich bin begeistert und würde sie auf jeden Fall wieder kaufen.

Grâce aux 4 couches, il est possible de régler la hauteur nécessaire. J'en avais commandé une paire pour faire un essai, j'en ai recommandé une autre paire de la taille inférieure car celle choisie est un peu large pour certaines chaussures (pointure 39/40).
