Yes, they are universal, but he aware they are singular in size , so two packs for headlights.

Will they fit a corsa d?

I am not sure, but there is a few sizes within the pack. I have a Peugeot 207 (08 plate) and one of the sizes fitted fine and bulb is still secure and working.

Do these work with a rover 75 to allow led lights to be used?

Not sure I know they don’t work for Vauxhall Astra
