SmartPound Gluten free, Sugar Free Vanilla Pound Cake and Chocolate Pound Cake - 2-Pack

Moist, delicious, and very rich. My husband bakes dessert for a living, he studied in France and NY, so of course it is not like an indulgent dessert but for something that is made to be for people who are watching their weight or what, you can't beat it!

I really like Smartmuffins and the cupcake Smartcakes. I also understand that it’s low carb and low calorie and won’t taste like a regular cake, but these are terrible to the point of being inedible. All sweet and wrong texture and no chocolate or vanilla flavor. I’m going to stick to the muffins and cupcakes from now on….

The cake is nice. It's not too moist (which I prefer) and has a good chocolaty flavor. The issue I have is that the packaging was not tamper proof or tamper evident. The mailing box was not taped. The plastic bag in which the cake was placed was merely a ziploc type bag. The aluminum pan and lid in which the cake sat could be easily opened on either end without damaging the label. We could taste the parts that we thought were inaccessible, but could not eat much of the cake.

My blood sugar is barely affected after eating a serving of this pound cake, also the texture as well as the taste are wonderful.

I understand this is a keto snack, but barely a hint of vanilla, and not any other taste. The monk extract did not give any sweetness. About the only plus is zero carbs.

Cake arrived fresh and moist. Tried to make a no sugar pound cake myself and it was an epic fail. I will definitely order this again!

The cakes are dry and have an off taste. They were shipped on the 8/12. I complained about the date. I was told it was made the day of shipment. I find that very hard to believe. I received them on 8/19.
