product reduces hard water effects and helps with dryness it gives a clean and smooth feel and is simple to use

Do not buy
Uslesss better go with water science. This is just a piece of plastic and the threads worn out in the first place now the whole set has to be replaced since the outer casing alone is not available. I regret buying a cheaper product with higher price. Do not BUY.
