This winter immune boost supplement is a great addition to my daily routine, especially during the colder months when sniffles and coughs are all around. Taking one a day is simple enough to remember, and it feels like a small but powerful step toward staying healthy this winter. This is the first “immunity boost” product I’ve encountered. I haven’t taken it yet, as it is (I assume) to be kept in reserve to minimise the impact of a heavy cold/throat or chest infection. If you look at the photos, you will see a serving is three capsules, but you take three servings on day 1, two on day 2 and one each day for the rest of the week. This works out quite expensive, but it would be worth it if it achieved a good result. The daily quantities, even on days 1 and 2, aren’t excessive according to most sources I’ve consulted, but I would err on the side of caution when taking a new formula like this when I was already under the weather. I found out that humic acid is a common ingredient of fertiliser, and is extracted from composed organic matter, which tends to explain the warning that your stools may be darker than usual. I’be never previously seen a statement like this for a supplement, but kudos to the supplier for including it. Made in Bulgaria.

The box states a specific set of tablets over the days, which isn't on other types of tablets, but maybe it will work: Day 1 - 3 tablets, 3 times daily Day 2 - 2 tablets, 3 times daily Day 3-7 - 1 tablet, 3 times daily The pack only lasts a week, and at £18.99 at the time of this review, that is pretty expensive.

My original review gave these tablets four stars but I was Informed I had breached community guidelines. No indication of what I had actually done wrong. At rather more length I wrote I had already developed a quite miserable cold when I started taking these pills. I felt a great deal better on day three and almost forgot I had a cold on day 4. I feel very positive towards these Winter Rescue tablets, but not at all positive about their price.

I've taken a picture of the suggested dosage as its quite complicated and also makes the whole package rather expensive it also means there is only a weekss worth which is quite pointless. I'm also not sold on the bright blue colour,, unnecessary additives in my opinion.. they are easy to swallow but leave a waxy strange taste and leave dry mouth.
