Simple but works well and is very sturdy. There hasn’t been any damage or color rub off on my door frame. The grips are comfortable and the bar itself is very light.

Was kinda nervous about this tearing down/damaging my door frame. I’ve been using it consistently for months and everything is still in tact no damage. I am lighter, around 125 lbs and I use this bar mainly for pull-ups and L-sits. The foam grip is good even if you have sweaty hands. Very sturdy, I could swing myself around if I wanted to and it would support my weight without issue. Fit a standard door frame, easy to adjust to any door frame. Excellent edition for an at home gym.

Bought it for my Son and he frankly loves it very much. He never can stay consistent with any toy or game. But he likes it very much and even using it on daily basis since I purchased it about 4-6 weeks ago. Cons- would be better if they can provide the good quality stretchy rope with it, not sure what they called it. But it’s not very good quality. So happy with this one.

Updated: initial product we received had misaligned holes so was partially useable but not for pullups. contacted the maker via email, received email response within 24 hrs. they verified our purchase order and sent us replacement parts through amazon. The whole process took max of 3 days to get corrected from posting initial review and email to now. This is probably the best service I've ever experienced ever through amazon purchase or basically in general with any product owner like ever. outstanding response and effort to correct problem with product. easily updated to 5 stars. Original Post: the unit is multi-functional and the setup was straightforward and relatively easy but the pre-drilled square holes were not aligned so we can't use it for the primary reason we bought it which was for pullups. It does not sit correctly with the door frame because of it. Pending a response from the makers at ally peaks service. Till then have to give it a 2 star rating. Will update this review if we hear back. It does come with a lot of useful extras (resistance band and grip etc...) so really this will be a test of their communication and resolution process.
