Useless product. I followed procedure. It didn't work. None of them worked.

Tried for first time, it partially worked. but taste is not cup of my tea.

I'm from Tamilnadu, I purchased this 20 days back. 1st packet was for learning. Yes I didn't make natto from that ( because of my eager I watched the fermenting natto by mixing it every 4 hours for the strings as in YouTube ) . From the 2nd packet I got my natto but not as much string as shown in YouTube. 60 percent string I acheived. From that prepared natto I could not make a new batch ( it had natto smell but not string ). I didn't make full 1/2 kg by using 1 packet instead I used the sachet 2 times for making 2 times using 1/4 kg.How I eat it ! Just took 1 tbsp of natto in a mixie, add hing, salt, curry leaves, green chilli, yogurt, salt and ground. I got butter milk flavoured natto drink. Please note 1 tbsp per day is enough to get required vitamin k2.Please note you could not make 2 nd batch from prepared natto. Anyway I planned to buy once in every 2 months( or the time when my natto used up ) because of its health benefits. I think nattomoto spores starter works better than this. But I don't know where can I get it.
