I will purchase again!!! These seeds are good and good for you! I eat them straight out of the bag. This bag contains 16 ounces, a medium sized bag, of delicious seeds containing 4 grams of protein. It’s easy to take with you and seals up perfectly!! You can eat this right out of the bag, put on salads, mix with other snacks, just about anything you want to add it to!! This is worth the money! Great deal!

I like the Terrasoul Superfoods products and organic pumpkin seeds. So far my experience with Terrasoul Superfoods has been great. Product tastes fresh and I like that the pumpkin seeds aren’t salty and the quality is usually always fantastic. I hope the quality remains high. So far so good. I would recommend this product even though it’s an acquired taste in my opinion, the health benefits outweigh the taste. Not to say it tastes bad. It’s my first time trying pumpkin seeds so it is a different experience for me.

Good quality. Healthy process. Taste good. Works well as needed. Price is more spendy yhan some stores, but I figure part of that is for the convenience of having it delivered. I have purchased these Pumpkin Seeds a few times now so I definitely recommend this product to others.
