The box showed up looking like it was beaten with a bat and the leg of the turtle was snapped clean off. It looks great and I'm sure its a great pond spitter -- just a real bummer it was in such terrible shape.

Came broken so I had to return didn’t buy again

I bought the fountain and installed it a few weeks after receiving it. It was defective and since it was outside the return time period, I had to contact the seller. They were very responsive and sent me a new one asap. No issues with this one and I am very happy with my purchase and customer service.

Great addition to our pond.

The turtle foot was broken off when it arrived. The material is thin and hollow inside, so I imagine it would be easy to crack if this was in the garden and it blew over with some wind.

Arrived broken. Packaging was poor. Not equivalent for weight of object. Too bad. The fountain looked fabulous and we really liked it. Already returned and refund received.
