Great little tent.
Bought this for ADV motorcycle camping. Light, works great and I don't even use a trekking pole to put it up. Simply tie the top loop to a tree branch in wooded area or the motorcycle handle bar in fields with a bit of paracord. Will buy again if this ever wears out.

Great A-Frame tent
This was an easy buy. If you are looking for a A-frame tent this is cheap and good. I have mine on a cott, Rain no problem, there's some condensation but not a lot. Decent space. I used a locking shower curtain rod for the trek pole. 4 stars!

Air it out first; but works good!
Got this with plans to try it out before Philmont next summer; used at scout weekend camping last week. Loved how tiedowns were reflective cord! It was new in the bag and I wish I'd have taken it out of the bag to let it off gas a day or two first, but not intolerable. First night: I was iffy on it. Rained so the 'roof' was damp on the inside, seemed awfully short with my (thick) inflatable air mattress. Second night: got smart enough to loosen the tie downs and extend my hiking stick more. MUCH better. Also discovered that if (it's not raining and) you toss the rain fly back over the top of the tent, and adjust the location of the tiedown outside the door so it's more out of the way, it worked much better. I faced my door away from the scouts so I could sit up, and lean out the open door a bit when getting dressed, that worked better. With thick (5") mattress and maybe not extending hiking stick as far as possible, it was hard to sit up in bed and touch toes without hitting the top of tent... so if using it somewhere that rained a lot, that would be tedious to be trying to avoid touching the damp top of the tent and I'd probably try the 2-hiking-pole model. Next time I will think to put my foam sit pad outside the tent door to kneel on. Also liked that it had enough room next to me for my pack, but also plenty of room in vestibule for pack and then some. All in all - well worth the $.

It works and it's light
Great backpacking tent with huge vestibule that MUST be completely staked out or you will get bad condensation. Had to replace its heavy stakes with backpacking light stakes (and more of them). Good waterproofing but still sprayed it just in case. Easy to put up and take down. A little bit short to sit up in.

Tiny, but light weight and well designed
I bought this tent for a small section hike of the AT, needed something light enough to carry myself, but big enough to accommodate me and my dog (22 pounds collie mix). For the price and the weight, this tent was a worthy buy! I'm 5'3", and this tent was, shall we say, compact. My dog *needed* to be between me and the world, so sitting up was difficult without bumping on the walls, and I found the pole was a little too in the way. But I also understand that's an inherent issue with this style of tent, not a problem with this tent itself. It was my first time using a pole-less tent, but I was surprised by how easy it was to do! None of the stakes bent on me, the lines were nicely reflective at night, all very intuitive. Just make sure you really get the bottom vent opened, I think I didn't quite enough, and got a lot of condensation on the inside. I also recommend getting a footprint of some kind (I use a bit of that shrink wrap plastic you put over windows in the winter, very lightweight and versatile, while protecting your tent), lightweight comes with a wear and tear concern. Vestibule was big enough for my pack and shoes, lots of versatility with how much airflow to allow.

DANGEROUS tent
I am 66 and have backpacked,walked,x-c skied, and canoe camped for 50 years. Rarely wright a review but am forced for the safety of would be buyers. I for the first time experienced pre hypothermia with this tent on a 4 night backpacking trip. The foot area is way to small for the tiny vent at the foot base to allow free circulation when you are in a sleeping bag(mine is down)on a pad with your feet. I am 5'11,162lbs. It was 24°f for a low the 1st night I awoke shivering forcefully as my bag was SOAKED from accumulated frozen condensation on the inside of the tent that by bag was in contact with through the night. I had eaten a cliff bar before bed and was wearing a full wool stocking hat and could not stop shivering . It's 2am on trail and pre hypothermia is set. I had to get a fire going and keep it tended until sunrise 6:30am until I could pack and continue the hike. On the 4th night 33°f same thing but worse because it was rivulets of water soaking my bag. Finally finished the trip and hopefully this review will help you in your purchase. If you are under 5 ' and 100lbs. And use it in warm weather and no rain I can maybe see using it.

Decent tent. Good for a budget backpacker.
I'm 5 10 and this tent was a hair small for me. Room for me to sit up inside in the center well enough but had to have the door flap open to comfortably change. Vestibule area is pretty big. Easy set up for the most part. One vent at the very foot of the tent isn't good enough by far especially since my feet/sleeping bag blocked it up as i slept. Woke up with some decent puddles inside.

So Lightweight and easy to pitch
I'm not a very experienced tent camper, but I love the outdoors. At 62 years and post-spine surgery everything needs to be easy and this tent fulfilled. Love that it doesn't need poles except for my hiking pole. The videos on the Amazon site are helpful in showing how the strings and little tightening mechanisms work to make the tent taut. I slept through a heavy fog and stayed dry. Tent is easy to re-fold and put back in bag, and it's well vented so it dried out very quickly once the fog cleared. And so light! Really love this tent and the price is unbeatable. Had one issue, only got 7 stakes, but customer service has promised to send the balance. Looks like the company backs their the product.

This tent is ok in a pinch. Easy and fast to setup, however I couldn't seem to get a proper pitch no matter how hard I tried. There was always some sagging of the walls. It's as if the panels are cut to the wrong lengths. It's waterproof to some degree, but in medium to heavy rain you'll probably get wet. Condensation is normal for these kinds of tents.. just keep your fly open a bit, except if it's raining. The vestibule is big enough for some items and cooking under it in a portable stove works fine. Tbh I bought this tent to see if I'd prefer a 1 person trekking pole tent to a free standing one. All in all, for the price you can't really go wrong but for a few more ounces and dollars I prefer a free standing double wall.. happy trails
