I have quite a few Joseph Joseph items in my bathroom and purchased this slim soap dispenser in grey & white to match in with the rest. Love the simple and slim design but opening the top up to fill was a bit fiddly the first time. The only other slight cons for me with this is the fact that it has no anti slip feet on the bottom so moves around a bit when using, you have to figure out the best spot for pressing the dispenser to get it to work (at the back and not the front) and after dispensing the hand wash you sometimes get a slight drip. However, this said, moving about can be remedied with some sticky clear feet pads and once you've found the spot to press the pump, all is good. Takes up very little space and easy to clean.

I like the look of the Joseph Joseph soap dispenser on my sink. The only drawback is that if you don't know to press at the back of the dispenser it does not work efficiently.

I bought this for our kitchen. The dispenser looks neat and tidy and it doesn’t drip. However, the mechanism is quite stiff and there isn’t much space to cup your hand under the nozzle. So it’s difficult to use at arms length (across a draining board). I can manage it one handed but my wife has to use both hands. I imagine that on a bathroom basin where you are standing much closer it would be fine. Gave it 3 stars which is an average of my 4 and my wife’s 2 star ratings.

I think the only thing i didnt like was the whole push down top, you need to get the nack to pushing it,. Because of the big push down thing, it must be pushed towards the back of it, which is a little bit annoying, and my kids cant really do it, also it dripped the first few times i used it, which it says non drip, but again once you get the nack of of it its fine, Its so compact, looks really small but Its hold 350ml, which is bigger than a normal carex 250 bottle, but does not look it, Also i love the bit on the back to show the fill level, Im pleased with this . A little bit pricey, but im happy

On first impressions this soap dispenser looks great, nice ability to refill with wide opening and even a window to see the soap level at the back. That’s all I have to say for the pros of this item. Unfortunately the cons outweigh the pros in our opinion. The mechanism to dispense the soap (pushing the coloured grey or blue lever) at the top is far too hard to depress down. You have to press a specific bit at the back, even for adults it’s not a comfortable to use when you have wet hands and trying to get soap dispense. I purchased two of these based on the reviews but as many have said it’s not fit for purpose and I will have to look at buying another 2 to replace these. Do not buy if you want to save your money & effort!
