Buffalo Games Star Wars™ the Force is Strong, 2000 Piece Jigsaw Puzzle

This is a large puzzle at 2000 pieces, and it was a fairly challenging assembly. I’m used to knocking out a 1000-piece in a few sittings, but this one took weeks. The pieces come in a resealable pouch, which I like because it allows me to store the box vertically without the fear of pieces spilling out of a box. There was a fair bit of puzzle dust upon opening; we used a sifter (without water) to get rid of most of it. I loved the quality of the pieces/fit. The pieces locked together tightly, and they are all cut uniquely enough that there are few opportunities to put something in the wrong place. (This is often the case with Buffalo Games puzzles, but not always) Zero regrets with this purchase.

Gave this puzzle a try to fill some time over the winter break. We're big fans of the original Star Wars Episodes 4-6, so the subject matter was perfect. Puzzle quality for the price was decent (we've done a few 1,000 piece puzzles from this manufacturer in the past). We actually had a duplicate of one of the pieces in our box, which was interesting, but all other pieces were present for our build. We might pick up another 2k piece puzzle in the future and would consider this manufacturer (Buffalo) again.

Great quality and fun

I love puzzles, and I always have one going. Decided to go big and do a 2,000 piece to really challenge myself. I worked on this puzzle for a month, and it didn't take me long to notice that there were DUPLICATES of many pieces. I was worried, but didn't want to toss all the work I'd done. Fast forward, I'm getting very close to the end (see 1st picture) when it becomes clear that although I have duplicates of many pieces for this puzzle (you can see a few of my duplicates in the 2nd picture), there are also MANY missing pieces. I am so bummed out, as this took a long time and I had planned on framing it for my son. To make matters worse, I passed the return window by two days, so now I'm stuck with a total defective puzzle that wasn't cheap. Don't waste your time or money!

My first time in years putting a jigsaw puzzle together. It was truly challenging. All the pieces were there and the puzzle looks great after finished.

I was blessed with a 1999 piece puzzle, which is a definite bummer. This brand is well made and the picture is very clear- so in general I recommend it. But after doing this large puzzle, the missing piece is glaring. And no, I didn't lose a piece. I have a table that is in a separate room and only used for puzzles and the vacuum didn't eat it. I simply got a pretty, large, well-made 1999 piece puzzle.

I was so excited to have an opportunity to purchase a 2,000 piece puzzle of Star Wars. Wow! And such a fabulous deal which was less than $7.00. I grabbed it and this one will keep me busy. Who knows I may frame it. I adore Star Wars! Look for the deals! They are out there somewhere!

This is a great deal must buy

Missing 6 pieces but has an extra 11 pieces that are doubles, so those are probably missing from someone else's puzzle. Not going to bother buying any more Buffalo brand puzzles. Ordered 3 puzzles from them and the two that I've done had issues, this one missing pieces and the other had bent pieces because it was stuffed into a box that was too small.
