The product looks good. Has light weight. The brushes supplied are also quite good. Now about the expectation vs reality gap: Why do we buy automatic tools for household work? 1. To avoid or reduce effort 2. To get better results than manual work. 3. To save time. This product scores well on point 1, ok on 2 and low on point 3. Whether you use the extension rod or not, you need to press the machine to the floor or the surface you want to clean. So yes, the scrubbing effort is avoided, but you still need the effort to press it to the floor. Because of the rotating brush, the machine keeps running away to the right. So you definitely need to put pressure to avoid it from just run away. If you use the extension rod, due to the tendency to run away, controlling becomes harder. Pressing it down also gets harder because the rod's design is not ergonomic. It caused lower back pain. The thread also keeps getting loose. Now the area of the brushes is not too big, so the speed of covering an area is quite as low as cleaning by hand. So, it doesn't save time. But the machine cleans well, if you slowly work your way, with small sections. Suggestions for the manufacturer: 1. please design an ergonomic extension rod 2. Design a way to prevent the running away effect of the brush. Perhaps two brushes rotating in opposite directions. 3. Have a mechanism to lock the rod to the machine in addition to the threads. Conclusion: Yes, the product does clean well, although slowly. With a few improvements the machine can be more useful and easy to use. Almost forgot. You need a micro-abrasive cleaning product like cif to get the best out of this scrubber. Good luck!

This is a must have product that makes cleaning easy. Works absolutely great. After about 11 months it developed a snag but the customer service experience was awesome, they sent the replacement in a few days. Highly recommend buying this and special thanks to sarmistha for the wonderful support. I would definitely prefer agaro products in future due to their support.

The product is okay but not very powerful. It works for light cleaning, but the battery life is not very impressive and the rotation speed feels weak. Build quality is decent, but overall performance is just so-so. Good for small tasks only, not heavy cleaning.

I’ve used them for: Bathroom tiles Sanitaryware and bathroom commodities Sinks Side walls and doors Even wooden doors (using the soft brush with a little oil gives a nice shine) The machine handled all these surfaces efficiently. Charging Issue & Support Experience After three months of use, I didn’t use the scrubber for about a month. When I tried to charge it again, it failed to charge, and I got worried. I contacted the AGARO support team and explained the “not charging” issue. They informed me that the problem wasn’t with the product itself — the battery needs to be charged after use even if the device will remain unused for a long period. I wasn’t aware of this, and although the message was shown on the machine head, I had not noticed it. The AGARO team was very helpful: They educated me about proper usage They replaced my unit with a brand-new one They even registered the new product for warranty This level of customer care was impressive and reassuring. Recommendation This is not really a product fault or a user fault, but an area where AGARO could improve communication for users. Once you are aware of the charging requirement, it’s easy to manage. Overall, I’m happy with the product and even more satisfied with AGARO’s customer support. Highly recommended!
