Easy to use, adjustable length and handy, battery life is 45-60 min, best for the money, I also faced problem of device not charging after 3 months of buying the product, just I called customer support to claim the warranty, they have done very good work with doing a video call and verify the issue in quick time and replaced the item within a week. I am giving top ratings for customer support(FYI the product was under warranty)

Was working fine for sometime. Didnt use for few weeks and suddenly it was not charging and working. Contacted customer service and they helped and replaced product fast. Now its working well. Product is good and very useful. Can save most of your time while cleaning.

Nice but full charging only coming 60min that not nice at least 2 hours means then happy all works will complete product is nice and cleaning is nice every where
