Works great for denominations, not sure about how good the counterfeit detector is.
This thing is fantastic, the fact it can do denominations, and that its much cheaper than the "professional" brands is very impressive. It can detect obvious fakes like hollywood set money, but I dunno how it stands up to other counterfeits. It runs the bills cleanly and quickly and doesn't spit bills everywhere. I haven't had to adjust anything for it, have used it for over a year and haven't had any problems. buttons aren't too complicated and the screen is nice compared to a previous counter i used. Hopefully I get a few more years of service out of it!

It works fine
A lot of my renters pay cash.i just got this and have used it only three times. I played with it about 10 times before I took it with me to collect rent including hiding a fake bill. It found it everytime. It ran flawlessly except if I held the stack crooked or incorrectly. Fast counting, accurate 100% every time. Easy to show renters what they handed me right on the screen. It's a darn good unit. Its is portable. I have a Milwaukee battery converter outlet I take in the car to plug it in.

Not bad. Not great.
Took a bit of time to properly calibrate. Bills need to be inserted in a specific manner to get a good count without an error. Otherwise works as it should.

We use this at the bank everyday and it works great. We purchased two of them and will definitely purchase them again in the future.

technical issues no customer service.
I have used this product approximately 10-15 times and it now is constantly throwing out errors and rejecting bills. I have performed all recommended adjustment and cleaning in the manual with no fix. I have tried calling technical support with no answer and no call back. I have had the same bills run through a different counter with no issues so it is definitely a product issue not a bill issue,

Easy to use
This money counter is very easy to use. No need to sort denominations. Drop in the stack of cash and a couple seconds later you’ll have the total!

Very temperamental.
So far, not impressed. It jams and gives error codes all the time, and it tore one bill in half.
