Good news:- Good quality supplements. Magnesium Glycinate is a game-changer for sleep and relaxation! It's super absorbable and gentle on the stomach. Dark glass container which keeps the supplements fresher for longer. I buy these on a once monthly basis. Bad news:- Can sometimes be hard to swallow these capsules. I recommend this product 🙏

It works , I had previously used this particular brand, and inadvertently purchased a different one with a similar label, it wasn't the same ,and when I discovered my error I returned to this one, and felt the difference quickly, They are easy to swallow, but more importantly I felt the difference quickly, I am less achy and feel ready for the day after a solid sleep, overall I simply feel better in myself,

Well packaged and presented , arrived quickly. Looks to be good value for money but of course too early to comment on the effects/ benefits of the capsules themselves. All being well , will buy again.

I'd got into bad habits or going to bed late - sometimes not getting to sleep until 1 or 2 am - and was waking at 3am and being unable to get back to sleep for 2 or 3 hours, then I would fall asleep in the afternoon and evening because I was so tired and sluggish all day. Then I read about magnesium deficiency and did a bit of research before settling on this one. I take 2 capsules a day, one with breakfast and the other with my evening meal and whether it was psychosomatic or the result of the capsules my sleep improved from the first night. The only problem now is that I sleep through to about 6am and then can't get always get back to sleep but I've been going to bed earlier to compensate. Benefits for me already have been better sleep (oh, the joy of getting a decent night's sleep) and even if I wake up I now have no problem getting back to sleep; waking up feeling much brighter and more alert, and feeling like I have more energy through the day. Whether it will help get rid of the cortisol belly I don't know, but it will need to work very hard because I'm really stressed at the moment.

Works great as a Magnesium supplement. However a recent blood test showed that unfortunately the extra B6 has resulted in toxic levels for me, making it unsuitable for daily consumption. Had to switch to other products as a result.

The best I have used and I been using these now for over a year they work for me and I have stuck to these I can't recommend them enough no binders and no fillers
