Okay, my wife loved this product! It is totally different from anything she had before and she is really happy with it. The only issue is that they sold this item without any warranty (we both tried to activate it but it was not accepted here in the UAE). According to Dyson’s website warranty, if you ever use an adapter, you lose the product’s warranty. This Dyson that we bought came automatically with an adapter because the electrical plug wasn’t originally from the UAE. Basically, they sold something cheaper because the warranty would not be applied here in this country, so real thumbs down for Amazon 👎🏼

Be aware that its not for uae charging unit so you need an adapter which is not coming together.

There is no warranty on this product, it gets damaged less than 6 months using it. Do yourself a favor and don’t buy this one in the UAE because comes with a crappy adapter that damages the product

Used it once works fine, all attachments are included, whoever the top of the case used for storage is not glued right and it’s peeling.

Est-ce normal pour le prix de le recevoir abîmé ? Rayé? Comme si quelqu’un l’avait déjà utilisé, ou que le produit est d’occasion.. déçue.. J’ai un doute sur le fait que ça soit un vrai Dyson .. la couleur des boutons ne correspond pas à l’original.. je pense que c’est de la contrefaçon..
