This is a great product. I have been using this accessory for months. Best $20 is have spent on my drone equipment. Very easy to install. Fits perfectly. Solid upgrade for protection and ease of use. So far it has held up to daily use.

We like our little sun hood. It is a quality item, fits well, and was easy to install. Includes thread fasteners and screwdriver. Exactly as described and very handy. Only concern is that it does fit the screen portion of controller exactly and I was concerned about scratching the screen, however, a small piece of polyester fabric and more careful handling on my part fixed it for us. My worry would probably be unfounded but the environment in which we live in is gritty with bumpy roads at times, and these circumstances are specific to only a few, I know. I won't hesitate to buy another for the next additions!

Great product for the price. Fits perfect and provides protection some glare issues. Strap is ok but not high quality, does provide protection from dropping the controller!

just what I needed

I’ve only used this once since buying however it did block the sun from the screen and seems to hold on pretty well to the controller.

This is a fabulous addition to the DJI controller. Excellent protection with the added bonus of being a GREAT Sunshade. It will also still fit in the Lykus Hard shell case, attached to the controller with the control sticks left on. This is a very nice Quality Product. Get one if you own the DJI model it is made for.

I was going to 3D print something just like this, but when I came across this unit on Amazon, I was a little concerned that it might not be good enough based on the price. Let me tell you, do not judge a book by its price! This is sturdy, closes very well, and comes with a tool to adjust the hinge and fits like a glove. I don't write a lot of reviews, but when products deserve it, I do. If you're looking for something that will help block the Sun and protect your remote when it's not in use, with the bonus of a neck strap, this is for you.

the most basic addition to any drone controller, Keeps the screen viewable and protected when in a bag, frees up your hands when doing maintenance, let's you keep the joysticks attached for less hassle. Highly recommend this package even more so when it's on sale.
