A fabulous replacement for Victoria's Secret Second Skin Satin Hipsters
I'll admit that I'm very, very, very picky about panties. Eons ago, I found the perfect pair--for me, at least--in the VS SSS Hipsters. I bought them whenever they went on sale and had a great stash that lasted for years. Well, all good things come to an end and since I wouldn't pay a collector's premium (like $50/pair), I had to search for an alternative.I bought my first set of Barbra satin bikinis during the pandemic and fell in love with them. I bought a second and third set (as I was reluctantly and sadly discarding my threadbare VS SSS). The Barbras fit me perfectly and they stand up to my husband washing them with all other delicates in the washing machine, then drying them on the rack (I mean, I'm a very lucky woman...great hubby who does the laundry!!!!). And, who can beat the price?The ONLY complaint I have is that Barbra doesn't make these in white, ivory or beige. Is this a deal breaker? Well, no, not for most of the year. But it is when I'm wearing light-colored, light fabric pants or skirts in the summer. Then, I have to wear some other sub-standard panty and concentrate on not tugging on them when that dreadful creep starts to happen.BARBRA: PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE find ask your supplier to manufacture that great satin fabric in light colors.

Very nice undies.
I bought a set of these about 6 years ago. They are comfortable and pretty, still in good shape, and have held up really well with weekly washings.Had to order new ones since I’ve lost weight. I can only hope the new ones are of the same quality.It would be nice to have white ones as an option.
