Worked as advertised. But little expensive thought

Great eye drops, I've been using them a long time and am very satisfied!

Recommended by my ophthalmologist as these drops are preservative free. Really helps when my eyes get dry especially and use them anywhere from 2 to 5 times a day.

I purchased Refresh PF. The eye drops are great and I felt immediate relief. But they REALLY have to work on the bottle! I was unable to use all of the product because the bottle is so hard to squeeze. I bought the Systane PF drops and the bottle is softer. So please take note of this fact.

Are what is advertised. Prescribed by my opthamologist after cataract surgery to prevent dry eye pain.

I will not be buying this again especially from Amazon. The dispenser is problematic. You have to be able to tip your head way back and aim this directly over the center of your eye at the same time. It's like trying to hit the bullseye of a target unlike the previous bottles which allowed you to pull out your bottom eyelid and put a drop in. You can try that but odds are you will miss. And by the way, that’s the way my optometrist showed me to use eyedrops safely. And to make matters worse, squeezing the bottle is ridiculously difficult in order to get one drop to come out directly into the middle of the eye. It takes several attempts to get anything out. It seems the only way to get it to work is to continue to squeeze the bottle and wait for the drop. Good luck with that. No matter how good the solution is, it's no good if you can't get into your eye. They certainly didn't design this for handicapped people or seniors. Also it made my eyes feel dryer with a slight burning sensation which is most likely due to the fact it was probably spoiled. I rinsed my eyes out with an optical solution.

I like this product. It wasn't recommended by my doctor, however, it works.

Eye doc told me to try preservative-free Refresh in lieu of my regular Refresh. Have minor eye inside corner soreness/pain not sure why. Tried these drops and maybe got a bad vial but the drops smell bad, almost a rotten smell. threw them out to be safe. also the bottle is awful, eye drops do not come out easily like regular Refresh bottles. The smell issue maybe a one-off. But the bottle is definitely not user friendly, bad design, drops do not flow out and cap is not tight like other Refresh. Going back to my normal Refresh drops.
