A: You should give it at least a good 3-4 days, that's when I started seeing a change. After a week you should be able to tell the difference...granted tanks are different so it depends, but it works.

A: I have an aquaclear 110 that it fits perfectly at the very top of the media.

**Q: I have a 125 gallon south america cichlid tank. do i need three of these?**
A: yes you need 3 of them each jar treats 50 gallons

**Q: Does this product also remove micro and macro nutrients from fertilizers in freshwater aquariums?**
A: That one I am not sure about.
