Kids love them, mom approved.
Bought for 2 and 4 year old brothers. They really are safe to go to town on each other with without causing tears! The 4 year olds is still going strong, the 2 year olds split, but he’s extremely rough with it. Impressed it lasted as long as it did. Will definitely replace and reorder.

Foam
Great product, I don’t know why more companies don’t use foam. It’s so much safer for 3+

It does not glow evenly. It's more like two spots. Can take a beating.
The glowing like a lightsaber is highly exaggerated. Made it through a day of pretty decent abuse without breaking.

Bought these swords for my grandson so we could sword fight. He loves them and the quality is great! So fun. They are the perfect size.

One broke out of the box
I only needed 1 so the broken one, while that's a bummer, it didn't ruin everything. But be warned.... the lighting is only in 2 areas. Not throughout the sword. So it has a very cheap look and feel. It's ok for kids about 5, I guess. If they're older than 10, they may notice how cheap this is and may be disappointed.

Poor quality
Not the best quality. Foam came off second time it was used. The colors are vibrant but the light does not light up as much. They are a good size, value for money is not there.

One of them had only one light working i the foam (there are to in every sword) Few times later its not working at all.

Very pleasantly surprised by the quality of these foam sabers for the price point! In terms of lighting, the red saber is brighter. Clearly doesn’t fully light up, but for 2-5yrs this detail really doesn’t matter and hasn’t impacted their excitement or experience with them! They’ve held up pretty well after 48hr of almost continual use by a very enthusiastic 3yr old - also far less impact/pain being hit by one of these versus liontouch products, of which we have several.

1 one the 2 swords was already broken but with help from Amazon we got replacement and this one is already year later still working pefectly
