I’m buying more!
We’re renovating our workout room. The chandelier before was low hanging and we always bumped our heads to that was the first to go. I am not the best DIYer. I’ve NEVER handled anything electrical and I finished this in an hour and a half all by myself. If I minus caring for my kids throughout.. I’d say It would’ve took me 45 mins to an hour TOPS. My older brother was on FT to make sure I was doing the electrical part correctly so that probably shaved off a lot of time because I didn’t have to question anything. But overall it was easy to put together and I love it! It’s quiet but powerful, a nice size, the material seems durable, 6 fan speeds, 3 light options with dimmers (can get bright). The remote has 1, 2 and 4 hour timers and more I just haven’t figured it all out yet. So happy with my purchase I plan to buy 4 more on top of the 2 I already bought!

Great fan for an unbeatable price!
I love this fan so much!! Especially for the price! I bought this for my bedroom during a heatwave and it seriously saved me. It was super easy to set up, looks really nice, is stable with no wobbles even on the highest setting. The light is really nice too with the option of 3 different warmth settings and a dimmer. I’m super happy with this ceiling fan, so much so that I bought a second one for another room! Highly recommend!

Good value ceiling fan with excellent air flow
I previously bought similar addlon ceiling fan but it had narrow tips, in one of the other rooms I installed this one and noticed airflow was much better. I ended up replacing the one with narrow tips with this one as well. Can’t beat the price. It has some plastic parts but once it’s up, it doesn’t look too bad. Barely makes any noise and helps keep me cool with ac running at same time. The light color can be changed from the fluorescent white , to a mixture of warm and cool, or just warm. I prefer the mixture of warm and cool, which can also be dimmed. Quality is medium. Nothing high end but does the job.

A really nice fan that I like, and a silly built in glitch that I don't
This is a really nice fan/light which has a modern look and seems to be built well. It was easy and straight forward to assemble, It was easy to install. I didn't even have to pair the remote. It puts lot of air and I can't imagine ever needing to use the high setting. It is quiet and It Looks good in a master bedroom. The light is easily adjustable to give the look and amount of light you like. These are all the things I like about the fan/lightWhat I really don't like is a built in problem with a lot of the new high tech fans, including this one. If the fan and light are turned off and there is a power failure, or even a blink, when power is restored the light comes on and stays on if no one is there to turn it off. The work around is to have it on a wall switch that cuts power to the fan/light, and remember to shut that off every time, or some kind of smart switch... This is a problem built in to the programing I suspect. I have never had this issue with any fan/light controller I've ever had before, and I've had a lot over the years. I would have given this fan five stars and a smiley face if not for this issue. Welcome to progress and smart electronics. Maybe it was an idea from AI...

Don't be thrown off by the amount of plastic.....it's way lighter than what we are used to.
I've put up a lot of ceiling fans in my time......this was different. First, it's about half the weight of what I'm used to....a lot of plastic, but not a bad thing so far. Easy to put together if you're a DIY. I followed the instructions, I'd do it differently next time and put the blades and light on last after it's in the air and wired. Controls work nice.....I like the three different shades of light that dim and the 6 speeds. It's quiet too. It's a DC motor and light so it should be on the cheap to operate...doesn't have a bulb it's module, that's ok if it lasts. It has various timers one security where it comes on for 5 minutes ever 2 hours. Yeah, I like it.......and if it's still good to go in a year, I wouldn't mind having another if one goes out elsewhere in the house.

quiet but moves air and an LED light too
Love how quiet and easy they are to use. I've been replacing my old clunky fans with these. The remote is fantastic. Easy to install.. And the LED lights are excellent. I never crank it to full power on the fan side because it does great on 1! 42" is great for a small room or stuffy kitchen. I'll be buyiing more

Product due diligence
I got this fan for a bedroom upstairs. That had the old typical 1980s fan blades and lighting kit, this fan is actually fairly quick to assemble and fairly easy to put up. I can tell you the first words out of one’s mouth if a lady was to purchase it and she wants her husband to put it up for her boyfriend or even a handyman. They will say oh God this is like cheap crap! Well, I can personally tell you that I thought the same thing, but once I got it up and installed and started learning the operation on the wireless remote, I really got to like this fan very quickly and the price point was just right, but it wasn’t the price that I purchased it for it was the size of the room and the look that the fan presented and the operation that was listed in the notes here on the Amazon app and then the product reviews so I really think this fan is a hit. I’m going to buy one for the other bedroom because that fan is so old and wobbly and heavy and out of date and has seen it better days so I will be buying one of these for that bedroom also, I like it I think you will too.

I'm conflicted with this fan...but pleased?
I had to think about how many ceiling fans I've installed. The answer is 15, well 16 with this fan. But never have I installed a ceiling fan where perhaps 90% of it is made out of plastic! The other 10% is the 5 fan blades and I would assume the motor used to drive it. But from the bracket used to fix the housing to the ceiling to the actual housing itself and right down to the light kit, it's all plastic. Now this does make it an incredibly light weight fan even for a 42" one. And really one, if not, the easiest ceiling fans I've installed. Roughly 30 mins of installation once I looked past some of the unnecessary (well for me perhaps) installation steps the manufacturer suggested. Kudos to the fan blade design where there are slots that the blades insert in and fixes them in place to allow you to screw it in without trying to hold the blade at the same time.I purchased this fan for my garage to replace one that had become distractingly noisy. It's low profile and simple yet pleasing design sold me on the purchase.I got to say, it is whisper quiet even at full speed which there are six speeds. It pushes a lot of air at full speed. But I'm not sold as to the need of there being 6 speeds. And there was no out of balance issues to speak of with the fan blades. The remote is actually very intuitive albeit with a very cheap plastic feel and perhaps daunting with the amount of buttons on it. Light as a feather much like the fan it operates. Of course you can change the speed of the fan with six button settings. Quite convient that you don't need to cycle through and guess the speeds if it were a single action button. There is a dedicate off button for both the light and the fan. Also included is an "all off" button for turning the entire unit off or on.There is also a temperature change button for the light allowing you to cycle through three light color changes. From 2700k (warm yellow) to 5000k (cold white).A dedicate dimmer light lower and higher button are included. The dimmer light lower button never turns the light completely off.Now the most surprising addition is a button that reverse blade direction making for switching blade spin orientation easy for the change of seasons. One last caveat is that the remote receiver seems to have a memory function where if you shut off power to the fan via switch it retains the last setting upon resuming power. Why the four stars? Well because I've only had it for a day and I'm not sure how well it will hold up due to the questionable use of plastics for nearly the entire unit. Particularly where I have the fan installed and the season moves to the summer and my garage will range from 90°f to 105°f after parking a hot car in it. Now the manufacturer said it's also design for outdoor use so only time will tell. I will be sure to update this fan does fail sooner rather than later. But as for right, now the $54 I spent when I purchased it I'm not having any regrets only conflictions.
