I exchanged my brand new Moen silver faucets and Shower head with Bronze. This shower head was much larger and was a great upgrade. I didn't want to get out of the shower. I love the look of the Bronze and replaced my entire home with Moen bronze products, because of the quality and because of their exceptional customer service. I recommend this product.

For this price only getting three components is kind of a rip off. But people seem to be willing to fork out the cash anyway. I'm giving the install four stars because the shower head lacks a very cheap but effective rubber washer. This forces you to use thread dope or thread tape for the shower head to the arm, and I had to tighten that baby down quite a bit even with five wraps of tape. Doing this scuffs the cheap thin bronze finish even when using a sock as protection to the metal. I've seen many other shower heads have a rubber washer which makes it only need to be wrenched on very lightly if at all to not leak. I also feel like if they are not going to give you a mixer valve like this kit, it should come with the tub trim for the drain. Instead they are currently charging $75 for that component, which, is asinine. Luckily this was for a customer who was willing to pay this price. I would change my color scheme to something cheaper personally.

Got these and ironically needed on piece for my upstairs bathroom, and the other for the downstairs. The parts went in perfectly, with hardly any effort, and both tubs are working perfectly again. I installed them over a month ago, and there've been no issues, and I don't expect any issue for a long time to come (if at all).

This was a perfect addition to my bathroom and works well. It was easy to install and give the bathroom an exquisite look. I am delighted with my purchase only problem the price has gone up too high however I had brought another one before the increase so I am good.

Took my first shower with this trim kit finally, and im on the fence about it. Its very pretty, matches well with the decor, and installs very simply. The problems i have are: The stop kit 'cover' was missing from my box. I had to order a replacement repair kit in wrought iron, because they do not make this part in oil rubbed bronze. Probably why it wasnt there. Not needed, but since moen tends to have a huge gap between the handle and cover, its needed. and the typical chrome parts wasnt going to work The shower diverter on the tub spout is very leaky. requiring a firm hold until pressure builds up, otherwise it will drip a good amount The tub spout also has a slight leak around the slip fit oring. very very slight, but there. The shower head is not that great. I thought I wanted a 'premium' larger head, but it just kills water pressure. It also holds so much water it takes a bit to fill up before running, and when off, drips a lot for a long time to drain. I will be looking at replacing this head with a more robust head soon, if i can find a matching color. They tend to only come in shiny chrome.

Make sure you buy the right valve for this product. Didn't realize it wasn't included. Other than that was easy to install and looks very elegant. Definitely an updated traditional style. Feels like rain.
