Absolute life saver! Our cats have ruined every piece of furniture we’ve had and we were getting new sofas which I really wanted to keep nice. I waited to write a review to see how it went, I think it’s been about 2 months and not a single attempt to scratch! You can see it when light reflects but most of the time it’s not noticeable. Go for the larger one if you have a big area, I ended up having to order more. Picture included (one previous culprit in the background) there’s no sticky residue left on them either and it’s stuck well

This item is extremely difficult to use .It sticks to itself and the user, very annoying, I probably got only about one third of it.

Omg this is game changer, my puppy kept chewing the walls she now stoped! Plus it’s great in the hallways with the kids bikes! If you have young kids or puppies this is must buy!!!

This is to stop dogs scratching your door (I dont want my dog scratching the door because it takes the paint off) but when you peel this off the door to reply fresh on it completely takes the paint off the door!!

Very hard to cut with out it getting stuck together

Very good I use this on my back door . It’s durable and my 3 dogs don’t scratch the door.

This Petslucent anti-scratch tape is fantastic. The clear vinyl film applies smoothly and creates a tough barrier that completely blocks sharp dog claws and cat scratches. The adhesive backing is incredibly secure, sticking firmly to the surface without peeling or curling at the corners over time. It is a brilliant way to stop expensive household damage.

Amazing Door Protection! This is the second time I've purchased this product, and I absolutely recommend it. To be honest, I didn't have high hopes at first because it seemed a little flimsy, but it exceeded my expectations. I applied it to the lower portion of my exterior door because my 35-pound doodle loves to scratch when she's ready to come inside. Over the course of a year, she scratched the door repeatedly, and the door was also exposed to sun, rain, and other weather conditions. When I recently removed the protector to reapply a new piece, I was amazed. The one small area I had neglected to cover had paint scratched off, but the protected area looked absolutely perfect! My husband and I had to pull pretty hard to remove it, yet it didn't peel the paint or damage the door at all. After touching up the exposed paint, I covered the entire bottom section. My doodle won't have access to this door anymore since it's now the entrance to my ADU, but I still wanted the protection to help prevent dirt, scuffs, and future damage from guests or pets. I painted my door pink 💗, so keeping it looking fresh is important to me—and I hate having to repaint! I would absolutely recommend this product for dogs that scratch doors. If I had cats, I would use it on furniture to protect favorite scratching spots as well. In fact, I wish I had discovered it sooner so I could have given some to my daughter before her cats damaged a few of her favorite pieces. Excellent protection, easy to use, and it really works!

I tried this anti-scratch paper to protect my doors from my dog’s claws, and it works really well. The adhesive sticks firmly but doesn’t damage the surface when removed. It’s transparent, so it doesn’t ruin the look of the furniture, and my dog quickly stopped scratching in that area. The only downside is that it can peel at the edges if not applied carefully. Overall, a simple and effective solution for pet owners.

Very useful, even for pets or kids.

This stuff is terrible. It doesn't have a backing, so if you want anything less than 8in across then you need to somehow roll it out and cut it down to size without getting it to stick to anything. The best thing I've found is parchment paper. It's also incredibly unforgiving. It sticks at the slightest touch and will NOT remove unless you rip the paint off. Keep in mind that removing this WILL remove all paint underneath it - be it doors, trim, etc. If you manage to put it on correctly you're going to still have trouble with air bubbles.
