APLOS H800 Underwater Diving Headlamp, 3500 Lumens Waterproof Rechargeable Diving Head Lamp with TIR Lens, Power Indicator

I've been impressed with such an inexpensive light. I use it in the PNW for spearfishing lingcod, and I use it at home out of the water. It'd be nice if it had a lock on the switch. It turned on in the trunk of my car on my drive out to a dive. The light was really warm when I found it was on, but I was still able to get 2 hours of dive time with it. You have to remove the batter to charge it and use the supplied charger. I'd prefer a batter with a built in USB, but that's a pretty minor gripe as long as I don't lose the charger. Brightness is pretty good. It seems very bright when it's dark and in my yard; but under water in low vis it doesn't penetrate as well as a really good dive light. I think having more of a spot beam would help that.

It lights up the trees about half a mile away 😎. Just right for when I paddle my kayak at night. That SOS signal may come in handy one day too 😳. Sea and river.

Mounted to my scuba helmet. Folds away safe when not in use. Great beam of light. Love the red function underwater night time. Easy to use and turn it on off with thick gloves.

Achetée pour la plongée, elle éclaire très bien (peut-être pas suffisant pour faire de la photo sous-marine). Par contre en puissance max, la batterie s'épuise assez vite. Point agreable, je l'ai amenée en exploration souterraine (hors eau), j'avais peur qu'elle chauffe énormément, mais pas du tout, fonctionnement identique (toutes les lampes de plongée ne supportent pas)

So been for one dive in the UK so far with this light. Taken to 20m in 18oc degree water and absolutely no problems. Was going to silicone the O-rings included but this was already done. So whats to say, good product so far, excellent 3 settings of light, plus SOS in emergencies and had a great dive! Very impressed so far
