The heating pad works very well and heats up quickly. It provides excellent comfort and pain relief. The quality is good and easy to use.

Heats very fast but become a little too hot and unbearable in a few minutes. So I had to keep switching it off and on again which is a bit annoying

A good product. I am writing this review after 6 months of usage. Excellent heating and gives good heat pressure at 2nd setting itself which is enough for me and it heats up quickly . I use it for my hip area and it provides good relief. It is durable up until now, the wires, material are still intact and i am a daily user!! Very portable as well. Overall satisfied.

The product images are incredibly misleading. The actual heating pad looks and feels nothing like what is shown on the product page. Fails to hold heat properly. The moment you move or adjust it even slightly, the heat dissipates immediately.It completely lacks the thickness and plush feel you'd expect from an "orthopaedic" pad. It feels cheap and poorly made. Honestly, a standard, basic hot water bag does a significantly better job of retaining heat and providing relief than this expensive electric pad. A complete waste of money. I am highly dissatisfied, demanding a full refund, and will take this to the consumer forum if necessary. Save your money and look elsewhere.

Good. But you don't know which side of the belt is actually a proper heating side, though both the sides get heated. Also the tying elastic belt with velcro is poor quality
