I bought this headset because I was using a decent quality Logitech USB headset but there were two problems that I was experiencing. First I use Wispr Flow, and for some reason it seemed to always get a stuttered connection, which would create problems with dictating. This didn't happen frequently enough that I would have wanted to replace it except for the second problem. The second problem is that I also use the Nextiva desktop app for my business and for some reason it would not reliably connect to the Logitech. I don't mean to bash Logitech. I love their products but for some reason I was having problems with this headset. I fixed the Nextiva/Logitech problem by using the web version of Nextiva, but that's not my preference. I decided to give this headset a go. So far I've had zero difficulty using Wispr Flow with no interruptions in my dictation, and the Nextiva connection issue magically disappeared. I would also add that the comfort of the headset is excellent and so is the sound quality. Extremely happy with this purchase so far.

These are the best set of wired earphones I have used. I can hear clearly and loudly. I am a WFH employee. The only problem I had was the wire would get twisted and it shorted out the headphones but I had used the set for a few years. I solved that problem by buying and putting on an outer cord so the cord would not tangle. I keep a spare set just in case they are discontinued because I like them so much and they are compatible with teams.

Got these to replace another pair of Poly wire headset because I work in a VERY loud office environment. The main reason was for the noise cancellation which 100% doesn’t work. They really should be described as noise slightly muffling which is an improvement but not what I was looking for. For the price I was hoping for more/something better. You also hear yourself talk which is very disorienting at first but I did adjust. They are plug and play which is nice and makes setup instant. Overall not worth the price in my opinion but OK

I absolutely love this headset! I got it because I don't want wireless and all the bad stuff that goes along with that, but I also needed some that were both USB and USC so I could use them with my newer iphone and with my desktop and my laptop and these do the trick beautifully. Not only that, but the sound quality is REALLY good! I do higher self hypnosis sessions with clients all over the world and need a good microphone and headset that blocks a lot of noise and these are the answer. The sound quality in the recordings is the best that it has ever been and they are really comfortable too. Highly recommend!

This headset picked up every noise imaginable. Dogs barking downstairs. My child yelling in another room. Doorbell ringing. Horrible. I’ve paid way less for other headsets and received better noise cancellation than this one. 100$ for it to literally pick up every sound is ridiculous. Don’t waste your money.

Works fine, it came looking a bit dusty though, can't tell if it's been used or not but everything was intact and clean to the naked eye.

Bought for WFH, good, even, clear sound, better than the headset supplied by work, comfortable on the ears even with multiple cartilage piercings. Sound quality through the microphone is clear. USB-A adaptor and USB-C port allows switching between laptop and other devices with ease. Mute button is a godsend. Good value for money due to performance and comfort.
