Love this machine, a bit pricey but it serves the purpose. As i got a few long hair cats at home, their hair won’t stuck at the brush. And the mop and steam and vacuum 3-1 functions really save me a lot of time. No detergent needed. Used it with steam. Easy to wash but just too heavy to carry upstairs. No strange smell . And it dry fast. Just take a few minutes

This machine does a great job on hard floors

It has been in use 8 times,seal broke,sent to repair came back same. Changed filter ,still unable to use. Customer service not helful,not repaired even i sent it two times. No suction, no collection of dirty water in tank. Waste of money. Don't buy it.

Well I want to know how come I’ve only just found out about this wonder machine how I’ve lived without it. I have 3 dogs and they’re great at making so much mess mud and fur everywhere. With the Bissell Crosswave life has become so much easier to the point that I’m now OCD about cleaning the floors my husband reckons you can eat your dinner off our floors. I’d highly recommend this to everyone especially if you have any pets. It’s not heavy the cord is super long. The only thing that would help is the section that collects the dust fur and water could be made larger it only allows a quarter of the tank to be used then you have to empty it. It’s not hard to empty a clean out it’s just frustrating

I have been using this mop now for just over a week having previously owned the older version. This feels and looks just as good and is just as easy to use. I did question whether I needed the extra functio of the steam given the additional cost however having used it I can say it is a great idea. Especially as a dog owner on tile floor. The only thing is the water bottle does leak if left in the machine after cleaning but simply solved by removing it and standing it upright. Overall very happy with my new updated purchase

Bisher habe ich regelmäßig mit einem hochpreisigen, extraleisem Staubsauger und gelegentlich mit einem Dampfreiniger gesäubert. Solange nur zwei Erwachsene zum Haushalt gehörten, war das ausreichend. Mit Kind und Katze ist eine häufigere und gründlichere Reinigung zwingend notwendig. Zeit ist aber natürlich wenig, also hatte ich schon mit diesem Gerät geliebäugelt. Nachdem dann passenderweise direkt der Staubsauger das zeitliche gesegnet hatte, wurde im Osterangebot zugeschlagen (für 400€). Mittwoch bestellt, Samstag geliefert, Sonntag getestet: + super schnell startklar, sehr intuitive Bedienung + gute Saugleistung + in einem Schritt gesaugt und geputzt + absolut genial: auch direkt wieder trocken! Bei unseren Räumen wirklich perfekt, weil es so keinen großen Plan mehr braucht, um am Ende nicht in einer Ecke festzusitzen, bis es wieder trocken ist + total durchdachtes System: innerhalb kürzester Zeit alles wieder sauber und bereit für die nächste Runde + extra langes Kabel, zentral eingesteckt komme ich durch die ganze Etage + Teppiche werden gleich mit gereinigt Kleine Mankos, die für mich aber nicht im Ansatz so schwer wiegen, wie die Vorteile: - Das Gewicht merkt man schon, vor Allem wenn man wie wir viele Treppen hat - wie beschrieben hatten wir bisher einen extra leisen Staubsauger, im Vergleich erscheint mir dieses Gerät sehr laut, für mich nicht tragisch, die Katze findet es schon doof und das Kind könnte dabei wohl auch nicht mehr schlafen - unter Möbel kommt man nicht wirklich, dafür braucht es dann schon noch eine Alternative Über die Langlebigkeit kann ich natürlich nach dem ersten Testen noch nichts sagen. Das Gerät hat mich aber auf Anhieb überzeugt und obwohl ich Hausarbeit bisher gehasst habe, freue ich mich schon auf den nächsten Einsatz. Absolute Kaufempfehlung!

Faccio una premessa: in casa oltre agli umani ci sono 3 cani, ci sono 4 tipi diversi di superfici da pulire: marmo, parquet, mattonelle e tappeti e la casa è a due piani. fino a ieri, pulivo ogni superficie con il suo detergente specifico perchè il detersivo per le mattonelle di bagni e cucina non poteva essere usato su marmo, parquet o tappeti e viceversa e mi servivano 4 secchi e 4 mocio diversi per riuscire a pulire tutti i pavimenti di casa, oltre a dover aspettare che fossero completamente asciugati prima di liberare tutti gli abitanti (agli umani puoi spiegare di non passare dove è bagnato...con i cani fai un po' più fatica a farglielo capire). quando ho saputo dell'esistenza di questa macchina non ho potuto non provarla. PRO: - in una sola passata aspira, lava e asciuga....niente più 4 mocio e pavimenti bagnati, restano leggermente umidi ma nel giro di 5 minuti sono calpestabili - la potenza di aspirazione è notevole anche lateralmente e permette di aspirare tutto fino a filo muro/battiscopa - si può passare dal pavimento di marmo a quello in legno o su un tappeto senza dover spegnere la macchina o cambiare detersivo o accessorio, e sufficiente azionare il pulsante selettore sul manico - un unico grilletto per erogare acqua e detergente oppure vapore, serve solo selezionare il tipo di lavaggio che si vuole fare - l'utilizzo i detergenti della Bissel fa in modo che non si siano aloni e striature e sono detergenti naturali e non contengono sostanze tossiche - la funzione "vapore" permette di rimuovere ancora più in profondità macchie difficili su qualsiasi superficie - i due serbatoi separati fanno in modo che venga utilizzata sempre acqua pulita e che venga aspirata quella sporca assieme a tutto il resto - il serbatoio di raccolta sporco ha un apposito filtro di plastica che fa in modo che la parte "solida" sia facilmente separabile per essere gettata nella pattumiera. - il serbatoio dell'acqua pulita ha indicato 3 diversi livelli: quantità di acqua + soluzione per lavare piccole superfici, quantità di acqua + soluzione per superfici più grandi e quantità di acqua o di liquido apposito per il ciclo di autopulizia - alla fine del ciclo di autopulizia, gli accessori possono essere tutti sciacquati semplicemente con acqua corrente, compreso il filtro motore. - la capienza dei serbatoi per me è adeguata, fossero stati più grandi ne avrebbe pregiudicato la manovrabilità, fermo restando che è un parametro soggettivo in base alla superficie che è necessario pulire. - la funzione antigroviglio funziona veramente....peli e capelli non restano mai aggrovigliati nel rullo ma vengono raccolti tutti sul separatore nel serbatoio - alimentazione a filo, che magari per qualcuno potrebbe essere un contro, per me è un pro perchè garantisce di avere potenza costante ed infinita per pulire in modo uniforme tutta la casa, nel caso il filo non bastasse con pochi euro ci si può attrezzare di prolunga e il problema è risolto CONTRO - la testa con il rullo non ha molta inclinazione e questo potrebbe essere penalizzante per chi avesse necessità di lavare sotto letti, divani o mobili - lo metto fra i contro perchè se si ha necessità di pulire scale il peso della macchina e la larghezza della testa non rende il lavoro semplice, ma è comunque fattibile. - non da avviso quando l'acqua pulita è finita, ci si accorge perchè non bagna più per terra o non esce più vapore - il rullo e il filtro impiegano almeno un giorno per asciugarsi dopo l'autopulizia, e questo rende difficoltoso l'uso giornaliero, se questa è una necessità, è ideale avere a disposizione un altro rullo e un altro filtro per dare il cambio. - i detergenti Bissel sono un po' carucci, anche se sono concentrati e ne serve molto meno di quello che si mette nel secchio del mocio - non si riesce a pulire tappeti piccoli o leggeri perchè con il potere aspirante abbinato alla rotazione del rullo anche il tappeto viene "aspirato" - il rullo pulente purtroppo non arriva a pulire a filo muro/battiscopa, ma ho visto che ben poche lava pavimenti lo fanno ho cercato di fornire una recensione più obbiettiva possibile, fermo restando che, per quanto mi riguarda, sono entusiasta di questa macchina e la consiglierei a chiunque, sia che abbia o meno animali in casa. La fatica e il tempo che si risparmiano per fare le pulizie non sono quantificabili !!
