I love the Kurt line from Pentel. The pen is sleek looking and looks more expensive than it is. The barrel is slim so if you have a big hand it could cause cramping with extended use. The pens write very smooth and is not scratchy. I have had the black only pack and they last a fair amount of time. Some of the “colors” are more noticeable than others. The crimson black being the most noticeable of having color. I use black pens most often and think I will use these more than a bright colored pen.

Absolutely love the colors! Perfect for writing in a planner or notebook with black print because the slight color difference stands out against pure black. My only complaint is that the plastic pen bodies are not very durable; the pocket/ collar clip breaks off with the slightest strain (I've broken them in my t-shirt collar and when trying to put it in the binder of my planner - very little use or stretch, which is very disappointing.) I like the colors enough that I'm going to try buying an EnerGel metal bodied pen and hope these inserts will fit in them. But it sucks that I'll either need to buy 5 more pens (and waste or hoard the black ink which will likely dry out by the time I'd potentially want to use them 🤣) or switch the color insert every time I want to switch colors. Love the colors, wish they came in a more durable pen body.

Love this pen smooth glide, no smear gel ink, also super easy to disinfect given smooth sides. Not much of a gripper but feels good in hand. This style is variable shades of black which are unique. I write a lot at work and this pen lasts almost a month. Worth the price

As a left handed person, it's hard to find a pen that doesn't smudge while writing and dries quickly. I write in my free time and also do a lot of writing for work so I'm always looking for good pens. The price of these pens is very fair for the 5 pens you get and the quality of the ink. Ink flow is nice, flows smoothly, no skipping and as I mentioned before, no smudging. The color variety is interesting, just slightly different but I like that. The only thing I don't love about the pens is how light weight they feel. The weight of the pens makes them feel kind of cheap but the ink makes up for that. I would definitely purchase these again.

Good pens, my work told me I couldn’t use my usual brown pens anymore and I could only use black. So I got these because they’re shades of black, a good work around. I do recommend keeping them upright when not using I have had a little leakage but nothing serious.
