Nutritious and good!
This is the only rice we use. Increase your nutrient intake, go brown!

First Try Not a Success
I've used quick cooking brown rice, another brand, earlier, living at sea level. Now at 6000 ft, it's certainly different. I used my Instant Pot, and the water to rice ratio was off for sure for this altitude. I did the presoak, and used the rice setting. I left it a long time for a natural release, but the result was gooey and overcooked. It was okay when it soaked up the plentiful vegetable stir fry sauce we ate it with. Next try will be with less water and in my rice cooker, which doesn't have a brown rice setting. If that works well, we are in business. I was surprised at how tiny the grains were, almost like Tamanishiki rice. Our standard plain brown rice is Lundberg organic short grain, and these were definitely smaller grains.

Great for my stir fry
Doubled in price from June to August 2025. Better price January 2026, got a 15 pound bag at a deal!
