Best flour ever
This flour is so beautifully silky smooth and chemical free which I love. Too many chemicals in American food anymore. So outsourcing where we can is amazing. This has worked great for my sourdough!! Great value for the quality you're getting. Totally worth it.

This is the only flour my wife will use now. I love it. She makes a lot of stuff with it. No bugs. I don’t know what’s up with that? Super fresh and tasty. Biscuits? Oh man. Keep them coming. Another interesting phenomenon. No more bloat after smashing on biscuits. Perhaps the lack of Glyphosate?

Great Organic Flour for Sourdough and Baking – Easy on Digestion
A friend recommended POLSELLI Organic Flour for sourdough bread, and I’m really glad I tried it. I’ve since used it to make sourdough loaves, bagels, English muffins, and pizza crust, and it has performed really well across all of them. The flour has a light texture and a great taste, and the dough is easy to work with. One of the biggest benefits for me is that I’m gluten intolerant, and I haven’t noticed any issues when using this flour, which has been a huge plus. Overall, this has become my go-to flour for baking.

An excellent European flour for baking bread.
I like this flour. I feel good that it is organic and because it's from Europe, I have less worry about pesticides and GMO. Bakes great for breads (that's all I use it for). A bit expensive compared to domestic flour, but I am willing to pay the premium.

Is flowers awesome. I've used it to make artesian crispy french bread and pizza dough. Both were amazing!!

Healthier than USA flour.
One of three products I have a subscription for! Better quality, and greatly reduced or no "heartburn". Gives many baked goods a slightly crunchy and very satisfying crust, especially cookies. Flakey pie crust. I think this flour greatly reduces my chemical load from flour. Soft white organic wheat grown without glyphosate(Roundup). Wish I had discovered this many years ago. When I have something made with this flour there is little or no guilt afterwards!
