Only if you provide shock extensions on the rear and build a type of physical spacer for front that is 5"+ for the front would these work. They are excellent quality, but are made such that they cannot be used with a 5" lift without special adapters. If you find the extension adapters, they would probably work fine! **Q: anyone use them for offroad? or hauling? any sag? bouncy ride off terrain?** A: No offroading here but I haul a trailer for mowing and they are very much like stock. Very acceptable but not an upgrade, I had 160k so it restored performance to stock, nothing more, nothing less. **Q: They won’t work with a regular 2wd?** A: Put on a 2011 Silverado 2 wheel drive and works well. Just do more research on what your truck specifically needs. **Q: Does it give a level look to the stock truck? Does it lift any?** A: I own a 2012 Silverado 4x4 after installing these struts and shocks or sure felt better but I do have 2 inch shims on the front and air bags in the rear .
