I like the taste of these gums but it is not working as expected. I am writing this review after taking those for a week now and I dont find any changes in my bowel movement. Sure it creates a little pressure but there are alternate options available like lactulose syrups or milk of magnesia with cheaper price. I dont see any health benefits as of now and did not improve my pooping habits at all. You can buy one box and try it yourselves because every body is different but for me its not working and over priced. This costs 36.6 rs a piece without offers and whole 200 ml bottle of lactulose syrup will cost 50-60 rs which also you can use at least 10 -15 days as per your routine.
