I really love the crunch and flavor of these pretzels. Because they’re so high in protein, they are a bit drier—almost like eating a biscuit—so you’ll definitely want a good amount of water to go with them. That said, they’re a great way to boost my protein intake, and I love that they’re vegan. I would absolutely love to see Lenny & Larry’s offer more gluten-free options, but overall these are a solid, satisfying snack.

I have a sweet tooth. But I am vigilant about controlling my intake of unnecessary fats/sugars. Especially sugars. To help me (since I do cheat a little every day) I turn to high protein/fiber snacks, which thankfully, are multiplying by the year. These have a subtly sweet taste so I can devour one most afternoons as a pick-me-up. They do "feel" a little like eating saw dust because they are primarily protein, fiber, complex carbs but I asked for that specifically and won't fault them because they don't taste like cinnamon toast crunch or doritos. Yes, a bit pricier than the ultra processed snacks but I appreciate that they partake in subscription discounting and so I have put these on my order rotation.

So I was happy with the size of the bags, or at least the amount in each one, but the price is still pretty high so you should be getting a decent amount. Normally, if you put a bag of pretzels in front of me, I will destroy half the bag. There is something about the dried bread flavor with that perfect amount of salt. I bought the "everything bagel" ones, and while the flavor is accurate if you've tried an everything bagel or everything bagel seasoning, something just tastes a little off with them. I find it hard to finish a bag. The texture and crunch is pretty good, I'd say not a whole lot different from your average bagged pretzels, but I just don't find them all that enjoyable. Now, I've tried A LOT of different protein snacks, and I'd say these are on the better side of the spectrum, but if you are like me and have tried a lot of the options out there, you know that's hardly high praise. I also feel like they leave a strange taste in your mouth. It's hard to judge them too hard because like I said, there aren't many options for high protein snacks and as far as I know there are the only protein pretzels out there. Edit - decided to give them another chance and got the pizza flavor. I like these much more and they are cheaper than the everything bagel ones. I raised them from 3 to 4 stars.

Great high-protein snack for active families! My kids love the chili lime flavor - it's unique and tasty. Perfect for after-school or sports practice when they need energy. 10 grams of protein keeps them satisfied. Much better than regular pretzels. Great for packed lunches or car snacks. Love that they're individually wrapped. Excellent protein boost for busy, active families!

The flavor is a hit and it goes well after workout for a quick snack that is healthy. It’s crunchy and taste like how pretzels should. It’s worth every penny and you can get so many packs

To their credit, these actually taste pretty good when you consider the nutritional trade-off. That said, the packaging and product description are a bit misleading, so it’s important to read the fine print. The “20 grams of protein” claim is per bag, not per serving — and that detail isn’t very prominent. Each bag also contains 380 calories, which is fairly high if you’re specifically looking for a weight-loss-friendly snack. There are other brands that deliver a similar protein amount with significantly fewer calories. That one’s on me as well — I should have checked the nutrition label more carefully before buying. If your goal is a high-protein, low-calorie snack, these may not be the best fit. They’re also relatively high in sodium, which is worth noting.

The flavor is amazing, but I will admit there is a textured aftertaste. While that's to be expected with high protein snacks, I wasn't sure about it and my kids did not like it after the first bite. Nevertheless, mine came fresh. Each bag is full. I think it's misleading the amount of protein as it's the amount if you eat all 3 servings of the bag. It was a good value and the taste was my favorite part
