ZippySolve Tile Grout Repair Kit, Refresh Tile, Grout Sealer (8.8 oz, Grey)

This worked great. I had to reseal a shower corner and some grout came off in the process. This matched my grout quite well and was very easy and clean to apply. The size was just what I needed. Most other grout I found came in a much larger quantity or needed a caulk gun so I was happy to have found this. I can not attest to its durability as it’s only been on a few months.

This worked great! Followed instructions and it filled my damaged missing grout area between my kitchen tiles. Color is nearly exact to my original grey/black. I let it dry overnight and voila: ready to go!

I used this to reseal a separation between the top and base of my tiled shower bench that was allowing water to collect between the tiles and the backer liner. Yes, it has quite a yellow tint that didn't work for me. I ended up mixing it with some leftover original grout to get the color I needed. I applied it with the silicone tool and it turned out great. So far (2 months) it has completely stopped the water that was seeping in and it actually looks really good.

Day one review: This product applies more like caulk than grout, though it does have a sandy feel. It has the consistency of cake batter and flows easily into the prepared grout line. I found that my best approach was to use painter's tape on either side of the grout line, fill the grout line generously with the "grout", then smooth it with the included tool in one stroke. Fortune favors the bold, because when I tried to "pretty up" my grout by going over it again I only made things worse. My finger did not work as well as the included tool, though the tool is imperfect. The tool is a cheap plastic product and the edge has inconsistencies. Those inconsistencies show up in the smoothed grout line. As always, surface prep is the most important part of the job. I didn't scrub all of the old grout out of the grout line, but I got out the broken bits and tried to make a smooth surface for the product to adhere to. We'll see how well my prep worked once the grout is dry. Color match was poor, but that's on me. It's hard to judge color from an online picture. What I got was much lighter than the grout I was repairing. We'll see how it ages in over time. One tube doesn't go nearly as far as you might think. I did about 5 feet of grout repair and used up just about the whole tube. I'd recommend that you plan accordingly. I'll provide an update once the product has dried and I have a chance to see how well it sticks to the old grout.

It taught me things just reading that page that I hadn’t known with past grout applications. The quality of the square scrapper is great! It’s not just some cheap piece of plastic and looks and feels as if it’s actually made just for this purpose! The 8.8 oz tube of grout is so easy to handle, clean and all of it just looks like someone cares. Not like someone’s just trying to make a quick buck and it is REALLY GREAT to see❤️🙏 BUT THE BEST PART OF OPENING THIS TRULY IS THE TOTALLY UNIQUE GIFT YOU INCLUDED FOR A CUSTOMER - This is a first for me….. they have a working new pencil in a cardboard type case that says something like- although small, our contribution and gift for you is from and by Nature. There are instructions on the lite cardboard box protecting the pencil show you that first you use the pencil (I loved that was said lol) and once the pencils short from use….and the instructions go on to tell you that from there to position the pencil a certain way placing it into a pot of soil!! A part of their pencil must flower and will grow!! The fact that a company making grout care enough to help everyone plant more nature when they are a completely different sort of company and I’ve not seen that before! Usually it’s magnets and paper or stickers that double as a free gift and PR advertising and instead of them being most important it’s their messages and wanting to help that calmed first for them. That is worth a lot of praise so forgive me for going on about this and of course the quality of their product is equally as amazing!!! These are people and a company that I want to commend and I will def be seeking out to support them and any other products they might have❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹 You guys ROCK!! Thank you!

As advertised. Helped to patch small cracks in the shower floor grout. Has held up well so. Been over a month of use and no issues. Very easy to use, no mixing required.

Good product works well. My only complaint is that the beige color doesn’t match the pictured beige color, it’s more like an off white than beige, at least to my eye.

Easy to use. Great black color. Only small drawback is that it starts to dry very quickly. Must be diligent in clear off The excess immediately. Other wise great.
