I think the product information is somewhat misleading. The product was advertised as new, and the description said it was Universal. When I got the product it had been opened and the package was taped back together. It also looks like somebody used it once or tried to use it, but I don't think it was new. The package clearly stated it was for a variety of import cars, not the Tahoe Z-71 or Suburban I had order it for. I contacted Amazon about returning it, but I decided to try to use it rather than wait for another tool. I was able to use it by grinding off two of the pins on one side of the disc. I paid $20.89 plus shipping for this tool. If you're looking for one of these tools, for $5 more you can buy a kit with multiple heads. In retrospect, I should have gone this route and bought the kit, but I was hoping the "universal" tool would take up less space in my tool box. In summary I had to modify the head but it worked perfectly. I should have spent $5 more and bought a kit with multiple heads.
