With so many paranormal romance books around now, it can take a while a find a good, well written book with a decent story that isn't  only about the steam on every page. THIS IS ONE! Love the story, the characters and can't wait for the next one. Brilliant writing and an author I'll be reading more of.

I liked the secrecy and unconventional plot in this book. A good twist helped me keep reading.. I  was frustrated with the lack of progress in the story for the first 10% of the book.

Oh wow, I thoroughly enjoyed this and it definitely deserves 5🌟. It’s like a re-telling of Beauty and the Beast and if you like dark romantasy, then you’ll love this.It’s slow burn with lots of action, betrayal and political intrigue. Can’t wait to read the next in the series!
