I have been suffering with a coccyx injury for a long time and have tried various cushions with differing pain relief results. This was cheap and I didn't have high hopes, however, I was very pleasantly surprised. I take it with me when I go out as it's small enough to carry in a bag and convenient to do so. It has definitely provided relief when having to sit for long periods and being able to reduce or inflate to the level of support you need is helpful to ensure you find the right comfort level. For the money, it's worth a try.

This inflatable ring has made the last couple of weeks with sciatica more bearable. Its not over big; I read reviews warning of this but took a chance and it's good for me (female size12/14). Took advice from another reviewer and don't blow it up fully. I used it in the car... I wouldn't recommend it for driving but I have managed to drive a short distance using it - in an automatic car. And incase it does split or burst, at such a good price, I'm purchasing a spare.

I'm a young average size female (wearing a UK 12) and this is far too small for me - it actually made my coccyx pain so much worse! It's the smaller blue cushion (on the left in image) - the pillow on the right was £9.99 out of my local pharmacy and is fabulous. My coccyx was fractured during childbirth and, while I await an op to help, I'm using ring cushions to manage pain. Please believe the reviews about how small this is, which makes it completely pointless for coccyx pain as there's no way to avoid pressure on your coccyx - also a pain to even try to balance on. Total waste of money.
