Firm the way I like it and thick material which I really loved and added a good touch vs when you touch most regular pillow have that thin layer for the pillow. I love that you can fluff it up as well and so far hasn’t gone flat! Love these and worth the money. I will be purchasing again

I was skeptical ordering pillows online, specifically on Amazon, because I have encountered several products with deficiencies related to quality. However, I was pleasantly surprised on the quality of this product. The pillows are firm, a good size and appear to hold their shape well. My spouse and I have noticed we are sleeping better, and our head and neck feel supported. Ordering and delivery was simple and prompt. Although there were no “directions” after opening the pillows, we allowed them to inflate and air for several days. If you are looking for quality and a firm, but not too firm pillow, that appears to hold its shape and is a good investment, I have to recommend. I hope your purchase is as good of an experience as ours.

I was so hopeful when I ordered these pillows! Good reviews and reasonably priced. They arrived vacuum packed and I wondered how they could get so much pillow to be that small. I opened the first and thought all would be ok with a bit of fluffing….NOT!!! What filling there is something lumpy and bumpy. After 10 minutes of shaking , patting etc, I realized it was not going to happen. The case is apx 1/4 filled after fluffing and the pillow is only apx 1 inch thick. So disappointed. Did all those people who were happy get a different product? I don’t know. What I do know is these are going back!

I got these when I was getting a new bed, along with a four pack of pillows from a different company (you can find those in my reviews). And I wished that I had gotten six of these instead. I got these for the decorative pillow shams that I have, and the times I have fallen asleep on them were by accident because of how comfy they are. I woke up with no neck pain, nor did I have to readjust them because of them going flat. Since I took them out of the box and let them fluff up, they have STAYED fluffed and firm. You could easily pick up these pillows because despite the material used they are light and they support your weight comfortably‼️

These pillows are comfortable and supportive at first, especially for someone like me with a larger build. Initially, they feel closer to medium firmness, which I appreciated. However, as my head rests on them over time, they quickly lose that firmness and start feeling more like medium-light. This gradual loss of support was disappointing, as I was expecting them to stay firmer for longer. Durability & Quality The pillows themselves seem well-made, and I don’t foresee any major issues with durability or them falling apart. However, the lack of consistent firmness does affect their overall functionality. Price vs. Performance For $30, they’re decent but not outstanding. I’ve had bamboo pillows in the past that maintained their firmness much better, so I had higher expectations for these. Unfortunately, they didn’t quite deliver the level of support I was hoping for. Final Recommendation If you’re okay with medium-light pillows and don’t mind a gradual loss of firmness, these are an okay choice. But for anyone who values consistent firmness, I’d recommend spending a little more on quality bamboo pillows instead. These are a solid three stars—not bad, but not amazing.

I waited for a bit before reviewing this, because I wanted to see how they would hold up. I'm really pleased with these pillows! Understanding that there can be differences in quality between one order and the next, my experience was very positive. I would strongly suggest patience before using. I followed the instructions, waiting at least 48 hours. I also shook, fluffed, kneaded, pulled, massaged, etc...the pillows/stuffing periodically during that time. Not just once, but at least twice each day. It was probably about 2.5 days before I put them on the bed, and they looked just as plump and smooth as the picture. I bought two sets, king (firm) and queen (medium), and they both plumped up beautifully. They are also holding their shapes and fluffiness after a month. Very pleased!

I like really firm/thick pillows for sleeping. Memory Foam and Latex infused really do the trick, but I moved and got an offer for these pillows that were called Back Support Firm pillows. Gave it a try and on arrival I knew it was a mistake. These pillows aren't firm at all. They were lumpy, thin pillows that caved in when you rest your head on them. Only when I stacked two of them in one pillow case, did they actually provide *some* sort of firmness, but the fact I layed my head on this, I felt the mattress under like an outline, made me never want to try these again. If you want firmness, go with firm Memory Foam, or anything other than this.
