This battery pack worked in my old phone. I like that two arrived in the package. I like having a spare.

surprising high capacity
These are three AAA NI-MH cells (with a voltage of 1.2 each) in series which gives them the nominal 3.6V. With the capacity of 830mAh I had expected to be constructed of AA cells, but no - they managed to cram all that capacity into AAA cells. They are well constructed with spot-welded connecting strips.
