We purchased this as a replacement for 7.5 year old Dyson Eye as we couldn'tget replacement battery. The price difference is huge, so we were a little concerned that the Eufy could function anywhere near as well as the (costly) Eye. We've had it for about a month now, and we're very impressed. We have bamboo flooring so suction not an issue. We easily removed the mop so that the mopping function switched off. We don't wear shoes in house, and like to wash floors with specialised cleaning solution. The vacuuming pattern is very efficient; perimeter of room done first, then back and forth across remainder. Goes around pets, or other objects. The app is brilliant. Initially mapping house is much easier than I had imagined. The device scoots into each room, does a bit of a twirl, scans, then produces room layout. It's quite something to watch. You can then name each room, and add No-go Zones (excellent for things like dog biwl area and kitchen bar stools, etc.). You can apply a range of settings for each room, or just let it go. You can also choose which rooms you want cleaned. Cleaning seems to take place in the order selected. Depending on settings, the device pops back to its base station and de-tangles and empties its bin. This is a very noisy process. And finally, unlike the old Eye, this machine gets right into edges with the spinning brush. Brilliant 👏

The L60 SES is great value for money in the UK relative to the more expensive options. I picked mine up for 300 and it's been keeping my floors clean without much trouble since. The suction power is impressive and while it won't replace regular vacuuming entirely, it does keep my floors looking spotless most of the time. One thing bugs me about their "BoostIQ" implementation, which is supposed to vary suction power depending on the surface the robot is currently cleaning, is that it does have a bit of a delay on it. This doesn't matter much when it's cleaning a room that's all hard floor, or a room that's all carpet, but if you have a rug on a hard floor, it will be half way across it before the suction increases on each pass. It should adapt more quickly than it does. The mapping and scheduling functionalities are great, but the scheduling is missing some functionalities that would have been very helpful, such as the ability to set whether BoostIQ is enabled per-room, or the ability to schedule a zone cleaning (as opposed to a room cleaning or whole home clean). The battery life is reasonable but not great. I don't have a very large apartment (just 2 bedrooms), so it's able to clean my home on max suction using ~60% charge. I'd say it's enough to clean most homes with BoostIQ enabled or Turbo suction rather than Max. It can return to the station to charge and then resume what it was doing if needed, but the charging time is very slow and it waits to be 100% charge again before it resumes, which isn't ideal. Do yourself a favour and don't bother with the hybrid model unless it's cheaper than the regular model, as the mop on the L60 is useless with no real pressure and no ability to raise it when traversing over carpet. If you want a robot vacuum that can mop half decent, you need to spend at least double the money, it's as simple as that. Adding a note here at the end because I'm not sure how long this will apply for, but if after updating your L60 you're still on a firmware version below 3.0.0, contact their support and ask for the update to be sent over to you. It fixes some suction power bugs.

Once you understand how to use it, it's very good. I found that putting the cleaning sequence to 2 allows it to hover the room both horizontally and vertically with an impressive result. 1 star down because the app is not very intuitive to get to this setting straight away, the battery life is poor and once you change the original roller, the amount of times it gets stuck with hair/pet fur won't allow you to just leave it to do the job and forget about it, you need to be near by to "help" it.

I have developed a love-hate relationship with my Eufy L60. On the one hand it is an amazing device, the vacuum is great at keeping floors clean without having to drag a vacuum round yourself. It gets into lots of tight spaces that are difficult with a normal vacuum (e.g. under sofas and cabinets). The mop head is great for giving relatively clean floors a once over. The mop head does have some design floors; when it sits at the base station, the wet mop head can leak water which isn’t great for the longevity of the hair cutter (after 12months I needed to strip the assembly to resolve a corrosion issue). As a result I remove the mop head after use to avoid this happening again. So why 1 star? The app. It’s terrible. At first it seemed great, but Eufy have slowly destroyed it. It regularly forgets I own a device, never remembers the maps, won’t save changes to configurations, and constantly has connectivity issues. Based on the app experience (on IOS) I wouldn’t touch this system with a barge pole (yes it’s that bad!). I’ve resorted to favouring my trusty upright vac as I just don’t want to face the app issues when trying to get the thing to work. An app should be seen as a core feature; if it’s not fit for purpose your shouldn’t sell the end product. If it were a physical feature, it would be recalled and unlisted.

This hoover is great for the money, I can't seem to make it go full power unless I use the customised mode. Also, the mop is okay but I don't think it's very good, It looks like it just layers the water on top and cleans a bit, I also wish there was an automatic water refill at the station. Apart from that, this is a 5 star product for the money, it has been my best employee since I got it, cleans my house all the time and barely costs any electric.

منتج رائع .. يقوم بالتنظيف بشكل جميل ولكني أعاني من مشكله الشعر لا يتم تقطيعه كما هو مذكور او ربما لم اعرف الطريقه بشكل صحيح ..ولكن بشكل عام أنا مرتاح جداً ولست نادماً على اقتناءه .. التطبيق في الجوال سهل جدا ويدعم اللغه العربيه والاستخدام والتنظيف وتغيير القطع سهل جداً ويمكن ربطها بأليكسا او سيري ..

I dont know how it could live without it. It's excellent. The app is really easy to use and the little robot knows what its doing

Works very well, I would definitely recommend it. The hair cutting feature and the self emptying feature is great. Item arrived as advertised and was in perfect condition.
